The #UWHuskies are having one of their best seasons in years, and big crowds are starting to come with it. Here's a story I wrote for +KOMO News about the growing buzz at the University of Washington.

Check out this story I put together on 9-year-old Riley Ottele from Renton. He won a trip to Super Bowl 50 and was a "kid reporter" at #SBOpeningNighthttp://komonews.com/sports/content/renton-boy-wins-super-bowl-trip-becomes-media-day-reporter +KOMO News
RENTON -- Riley Ottele is only 9-years-old, and he already has about a thousand football cards. It's just fun to see my favorite players, Riley said, who is a fourth grader at St. Anthony School in Renton. It's like I have them with me.He started collecting

The #Seahawks cleaned out their lockers today, and now they're heading home for the offseason. Running back Thomas Rawls is from Flint, Michigan. The city is a hot topic right now with its water crisis. I couldn't find time for this in my sportscast, but I still wanted to share it with you. I heard answers to a lot of different questions today -- this was one of my favorites. #SupermanToMyCity

Nice office view!  Can't go wrong.  I need to get down there and photograph the Needle before those colors are gone.

I caught up with Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon today. Here's his reaction to Marshawn Lynch (likely) calling it a career. You can hear more from Moon ‪on +KOMO News at 6pm & 11pm. #Seahawks

I...I'm still...I'm still speechless. I can't believe the ‪#‎Seahawks‬ survived that last-second field goal against the Vikings. Maybe my lucky tie had something to do with it?!

I've lived in Washington most of my life, but until today -- I had never seen the bald eagles in Skagit County. #PNW #baldeagle

Introduction
My name is Tim Lewis and I’m a sportscaster in Seattle, Washington. I love sports and I get paid to cover my passion for a living. While you probably get in trouble for watching sports at work — I get a pat on the back. I honestly feel like I’m living a dream every single day of my life.

Once I realized I didn’t have enough athletic ability to play sports for a living; I jumped at the next best thing. I love talking about sports (they take up at least 94% of my conversations). That’s why I really enjoy what I do for a living. I don’t like to have a one way conversation about sports though, so I encourage you to get involved. Leave comments, send me tweets, etc.!

My passions go well beyond sports — hence the name All Around Tim. I also love to travel. There’s nothing better than setting off on a new adventure. It’s amazing to see the buildings, feel the atmosphere and most importantly meet the locals in a place you’ve never been before. I’ve visited Costa Rica, several countries in Europe, Canada, Mexico, and I’ve even been to almost all 50 states in the U.S.

Music is also huge part my life. I’m always on the prowl for new songs or bands to listen to. I scan through the radio and spend countless hours on iTunes in hopes of finding something new and different. From reggae, to bluegrass, to rock, to rap — I enjoy it all. There are certain jams and groups that knock me off my feet, and when that happens, I’ll share them with you right here.

On top of all that, I love food! I’m crazier about consuming food than making it, but I occasionally run across some fun recipes. Even if I don’t know exactly how to make something (I’m far from being a trained chef), I like to share some of my favorites with you.

That's about it! Have an awesome day!
