Once I realized I didn’t have enough athletic ability to play sports for a living; I jumped at the next best thing. I love talking about sports (they take up at least 94% of my conversations). That’s why I really enjoy what I do for a living. I don’t like to have a one way conversation about sports though, so I encourage you to get involved. Leave comments, send me tweets, etc.!
My passions go well beyond sports — hence the name All Around Tim. I also love to travel. There’s nothing better than setting off on a new adventure. It’s amazing to see the buildings, feel the atmosphere and most importantly meet the locals in a place you’ve never been before. I’ve visited Costa Rica, several countries in Europe, Canada, Mexico, and I’ve even been to almost all 50 states in the U.S. I often share my passion for travel right here, but I highly recommend checking out more of my travel stories, photos and videos on my travel blog http://catchthewinds.com.
Music is also huge part my life. I’m always on the prowl for new songs or bands to listen to. I scan through the radio and spend countless hours on iTunes in hopes of finding something new and different. From reggae, to bluegrass, to rock, to rap — I enjoy it all. There are certain jams and groups that knock me off my feet, and when that happens, I’ll share them with you right here.
On top of all that, I love food! I’m crazier about consuming food than making it, but I occasionally run across some fun recipes. Even if I don’t know exactly how to make something (I’m far from being a trained chef), I like to share some of my favorites with you. Whether it’s a cool cocktail, an awesome appetizer, or a bad ass meal – you can find many of my favorites right here on http://allaroundtim.com!
