I'm trying hard to understand why the BSA continues its anti-gay stance. As a cub scout leader and Eagle Scout I always felt as if the boy scouts taught its kids to be understanding, all-inclusive and open to others. The BSA is slowly destroying it's reputation due to a series of bad decisions. This is a man who earned his Eagle, married for 20 years, loves Scouting and the opportunities it provides for youth. Being a scout leader is a gift and not every adult can handle it, why should we discriminate against someone who has the gift.
“Anyone who is willing to step forward and provide an opportunity for our youth should be supported, and Geoff has done an excellent job, If anyone has an issue with this, then where are they?”
