Based on the other pictures in the source link, it almost appears like this frog and beetle are the best of friends. Or at least partners in some regional conflict where frogs ride into battle on the backs of beetles. :P
So I hit it with an Oil Urn, a Molotov, and then used a Fire Paper to destroy it. It went down so quickly I only saw the big poison move once.
