Giants in the mist. Taken from the heart of Midtown NYC. Anyone guess what corner it was taken from? :-P

Long exposure of the Lower Manhattan Skyline from Brooklyn Bridge Park. Caught a wake of a boat for a nice touch to the water.

Looking up at the Chrysler Building and it's reflection. I spent a good deal of last night walking around Midtown #NYC  grabbing photos with a couple of friends. I've seen shots like this before, but I thought it would be fun to grab my very own.

Grabbed this #HDR  late night yesterday at Sutphin Blvd Train station. It's a dirty station as it is, but the HDR brings out that nice grit.

Wonderful Midtown Manhattan #NYC  taken from Gantry State park in Long Island City. It's probably one of my favorite spots to grab skyline shots. What's yours?

A very busy Grand Central terminal. Taken while doing the zoom effect. It adds to the chaos on a busy afternoon.

Very cool effect. Adds tons of drama to the chaos.

Looking down 42nd Street in Midtown #NYC . This is a tricky spot to shoot due the the lighting conditions. Honestly it would have been a lot tougher to pull off if it wasn't for #HDR .

Grabbed this from the Brooklyn Bridge. This is a long exposure HDR. I wanted to go long to make the bridge appear empty. Although with loads of people walking around, it was a lot harder to do

Not a huge fan of Photoshop. I felt Lightroom had exactly what I needed to edit photos. Photoshop has a ton of extras that I would never use. Photomatix is just software that creates HDR photos from bracketed shots. Thats all it does. It has presets or you can adjust manually depending on how you want the shot to look.

I enjoy coming here. Been here a few times and staff is friendly. Sure I can get juice a little cheaper online, but trying out the juices before you buy is always a huge plus. Nothing worse then getting skunked and stuck with bad juice you ordered online. They don't push you to buy something and they don't rush you out.
