Horrible service
reviewed:
Staybridge Suites North Brunswick
2195 U.S. 1, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902
Poor service was my problem here. I had a reservation, through a third-party event manager, at this hotel and the hotel staff wouldn't honor it. Worse yet, they didn't even have the room I had reserved available!

I can understand how third-party reservations can go awry but my biggest complaint is that the staff here treated me as if I was either a cheat or a liar, or both, despite that I was able to show them my reservation number, reserved room type, and other personally identifiable materials with their own hotel's name on it. They still seemed to think I was in the wrong somehow and treated me like a sub-human while I was just looking for a couple beds for my family to sleep in for the night.

Instead of receiving the suite that I had reserved for my family (including three children) I had to fight to get them to offer me (at nearly double my reserved price) a single Queen bed room -- we accepted the room, because we had to... my kids had to sleep on the floor.

I don't believe the people here intended to cheat me out of my room, but they likely over-booked and wouldn't admit that to me. Most importantly, there was no need for them to call me a liar and treat me as poorly as they did, especially given that I had evidence of my reservation, especially while my wife and 3 children waited sleepily in the car for a place to rest.

I had a reservation and all I cared about was having that reservation honored, but instead they treated me like a criminal. That was their choice. My choice will be to never visit this hotel.chain again.

Thanks to Mike Schweikert and the Dealership Manager, John, for going out of their way to help me find the perfect car for my family. I love my Sportage! I had a great experience here - Mike was hysterical and kept the mood low pressure, even when i wasn't sure i was going with the Sportage and John gave me a great deal on my trade-in. I will definitely go back to Executive Kia and hope to work with Mike again. Great job guys!

Service is fine once you're in the door, but why does it take so long to get an appointment (at any dermatologist) ?

Good enough place to stay when everything else if booked during the Hall of Fame induction weekend. Not much to say otherwise - it's no frills and a decent location.

They had the (rare) part I needed in stock and ready to pick up when the rest of the dealers throughout the state of Connecticut all claimed that the part isn't standard or stocked any more. I'll be back here again next time I need a part or repair -- hopefully that's not too soon but at least I'll feel like I'm in capable hands. So far so great!
