My only word of warning is to not fall for the temptation of using force of government to impose your beliefs on others. Yes you feel that you are doing those children a service and saving them from possible tragedy.
But know this. Compulsion is a two way door, and once you start down the slippery slope of imposing the beliefs of some onto the many, it will someday backfire and someone else's beliefs will be forced upon you. There are some people who believe just as strongly as you believe that the procedure is good for children and all boys should have it done. What if their politics became in power and you were forced to circumsise your child?
Yes I have seen the procedure performed in person. It was heartbreaking to see the baby's reaction. This gives me empathy for your belief. But I also have had it done to me and have nothing but good feelings about it, this gives me empathy for the other side.
We live in a diverse world. Individual freedom of conscience is one of our most prized gifts. I hope that we can keep the humility as a people to realize that our own perspectives are not the only valid perspectives.
It is far better to protect the freedom of your enemy than to use compulsion to remove their freedom. For without ability to make hard decisions, nobody can learn and grow. Life was never meant to be without trials. Life is meant as a place to grow character. This will be impossible if the freedom to make mistakes was taken away.
Good luck sharing your beliefs. Always do what you feel is right and I'll continue doing the same. We will live together in peace by sharing a common love for freedom.
