Looking for something to do at the end of the school year? The National Weather Service Office in El Paso will be holding 6 Ask-a-Meteorologist video chat sessions in May.  These sessions will give your students a chance to ask any weather questions they have to actual meteorologists.  The six sessions will each last one hour and will be conducted via Google Hangouts.  The dates and times are as follows:

Thu. May 8th at 1 PM MDT
Tue. May 12th at 9 AM MDT
Tue. May 26th at 9 AM MDT
Wed. May 27th at 9 AM MDT
Thu. May 28th at 1 PM MDT
Fri. May 29th at 1 PM MDT

If your class would be interested in participating with other classes around the area (and maybe the country); in this unique question and answer session please fill out the following reservation form:

Ask-a-Meteorologist Sign-upWe will be conducting a unique question and answer session for you and your students. For an hour your students (and others) will be able to ask NWS meteorologist any weather questions they can come up with. We will have a panel of meteorologists who will not only answer their questions, but will work to find visual resources to demonstrate their answers. I hope you and your students will be able to participate in the Q and A time.
