Travel incentives give members of Team Tier 1 Event Management plenty of extra motivation. Recently, three of our top performers earned the right to attend a leadership conference in Dallas. Lucia, our Director of Operations, explained, “Courtney, Marian, and Brandy were selected to accompany me to the conference. They returned to the office with a range of helpful insights and new contacts.”

There were several key targets our team members had to hit to qualify for the conference.
