Aint it the truth?
So your spouse wants to write/is writing/can't (or won't) stop writing a book. First of all, STAY CALM. There is hope. (Well, not really, but what kind of survival guide would this be if I said things were hopeless?) While there might not be a cure, you can relieve some of the symptoms if you ...

Wow. So apparently Google+ let everyone know it was my birthday (I never go on here, so I didn't even know it had my b-day on file!). Thank you everyone who wished me a happy one!

Thanks Carson. I think the red leaves is my favorite for the Hunger Games. And the middle black one does look like a shooter game. I was trying to think of a word to describe it, and I think you've nailed it. And yeah, Paranormalcy has a romantic element (as do most YA books), but I wouldn't say it's all fun and springy. It has it's darker side. It seems my commenting system has been a little wonky lately. Thanks for trying though :)

Introduction
I write books for tweens and blog about reading and writing (but not arithmetic). I'm married to Prince Charming and we have a little boy who acts a lot like Godzilla on any given day.

I make a mean box of Mac & Cheese and have a strange knack for finding Waldo. I design pretty blog templates too cuz I'm multi talented like that.

This was my 3 year old son's first time at a dentist and he loved going. First impressions are so important, so I'm glad everything was positive so he won't mind going to the dentist again. He loved that he had headphones (so he could hear the kid's movie they were playing on the ceiling, even with the noise going on in his mouth). I thought it was a really clever way of keeping him entertained while they cleaned his teeth. He also loved the train that goes along the entire office. They were gentle and worked really well with him. He loved picking out a prize at the end. They have a play corner while you're in the waiting area, so that was great as well. They also were super quick at fitting us in. My son had injured his front teeth, and they were awesome at calling us back right away and getting us in within a few hours. I've never been to a dentist office that was so great for children.
