#TuesdayTrivia Q2 - The answer is D, only 25-30%. The Nose wins by quite a bit more than a nose. Up to 70-75% (or more depending on the study) of your taste actually comes from your olfactory glands - your nose.

#TuesdayTrivia Q1 - Frozen! Yep, it's true. Unless you're getting your peas from your own backyard or direct from a farm, within 24 hours much of the nutritional punch is gone. So, frozen peas that are flash frozen the same day they're picked actually have more nutrition. Just make sure they're organic.

#TuesdayTrivia Answer - According to the study we found the answer is C. But we bet Barb and Katia are onto something. We think that walking with a friend or spouse might work even better - friendly communication brings increased well-being, plus the motivating aspect of them pushing you to do it when you don't want to and most likely an even greater increase in length of time. But, good music and relaxing solitude can give similar benefits..so the moral is...whatever your motivation..get out there and move today and everyday.
