Just pre-ordered these two books! Can't wait to read them.
Hoping that these two along with the first by Richard Bartle will be as good a trilogy as Lord Of the Rings!

It would be hard to overestimate the value of this article!

+Dean Takahashi It's not clear where India (South Asia) and Southeast Asia fall in these categories. 'Asia' seems to mean China, Japan and Korea.

#throughglass

A few weeks back, I took my Google Glass along with me to Costa Rica. I was able to fill our entire zip lining adventure in Selvatura Park near Monte Verde - a full 33 minute video - through glass.

Here's a clip of one of the higher legs - I believe it was 50 meters. I definitely reached some top speeds at first, but then the wind hit and really slowed me down - you can see me moving to the left-of-center toward the end of the leg as the wind pushed me from the right.

Also, at one point, I am able to catch a view of a nearby hanging bridge.

I agree with the last quote in this article, "Giants never die." Marquez had a huge influence on me and I certainly mourn his passing.

I read everything he wrote. "100 Years" is good, but I was blown away by "Chronicle of a Death Foretold" and "The General in His Labyrinth".

I think this is a change for the better and will probably make Unreal a viable option for smaller game dev start ups.  I still like Unity's model, but you will still have to pay more money to upgrade to newer versions later.  Also, 5% of gross seems odd. For the average developer the cost of processing payments might be excessive since 5% of what many developers actually make is small. I think Unreal might want to think about adding a floor to the gross revenues, i.e. $100,000.
