Really GM? Should have been the Volt. The Cruze isn't even on the same level as the Volt. Considering the cost of diesel..come on! My 11' Volt has about 26k miles and is averaging over 160mpg.

+FDA/Regulatory Group Astonishing! Antibacterial soap as well as prophylactic use of antibiotics in the animals we consume creates antibiotic resistance #sarcasm.

In the age of Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts it may be surprising to know that in the 1946 American's consumed twice the amount of coffee that we consumed last year.

I have owned my Volt for 2 months today and traveled 1600 miles on 2 gallons of gas. Total cost under $35. My truck I traded in would have cost me $560 in fuel.

Oh how I love my Volt.  I have never had an emotional attachment to a vehicle till now.  I will drive this car till it won't run anymore.  Best vehicle ever to come out of Detroit.

Since purchasing my Chevy Volt in June 2012 I have driven 6300 miles utilizing 19 gallons of gas. Doing some rough (+/- $5) math I have spent about $100 in electric over eight months and $70 in fuel. The Dodge Ram I traded would have cost around $2000 in fuel to go the same distance.

Yeah Megan and I really love the Volt.  It is a great car for getting around the Akron/Canton area without using much fuel.

Unbelievably terrible experience! Living locally just down the road I have been waiting for 5 months for them to get a particular car in used with low miles. I go into the place in Feb of this year and talked to John Marsillo about this car. I told him what I was looking for and he took down my name and number and gave me his card. I held onto his card until this week when they finally get the car in. I call and ask for John and tell him that I see they got the car I have been waiting on in and tell him I will be down to take a look at it. I get there he walks me down to the tire center where it was sitting because according to him it just got off the truck. He tells me that it hasn't been serviced yet, but allows me to at least sit in it (I would have bought the car then). I ask him when it will be ready and he advises tomorrow (today), I say great and I will be back (never asked for a deposit). He then advises me not to come in till later that evening (I assume so the service department has time to get the car ready). I call at noon today to ask if the car is done. He tells me that they are still working on it, but it should be done around 2. I say fine I will be taking my children to the movies and will call as soon as I get out and if it is ready stop by. Well I call and what does he say....it was sold on EBAY!!!! This place is certainly not a dealership I would recommend to anyone! I purchased my last Volt from Lavery in Alliance and the whole process was great. Unfortunately, I was t-boned and lost that car (but it saved my life). I will continue to wait patiently for another, but I will NEVER EVER go to this dealership. John had the nerve to say he asked for a deposit which he never did...Total Liar! 7/17/2015 1810: I get a call from Craig (sales manager) who I share the story with (now wish I wouldn't have picked up the phone) and he tells me "I've been doing this for 30 years and if it is meant to be it is meant to be" followed by "I am threatening him because of this review"...huh?! Again, if you are in the market for a car yes this place has good prices (and will surely get more positive reviews because of their prices), but be prepared they really do not care about the customer. I've done sales too Craig (and now I save lives) and this is no way to treat a customer. Thank god for Google reviews.

Talk about service! I, honestly, didn't think I was going to get someone out today (Saturday evening). Jay quoted me the rate over the phone, came out same day (just before 8 pm), put in a new brass cylinder in my old Mortise lock, provided me with 2 keys, and in a matter of minutes was gone. Time to sell the house! Thanks Jay!

My wife and I had a great experience at Lavery Chevrolet. We drove off with a 2011 Chevy Volt and we could not be happier. I miss the truck I traded in, but I do not miss paying for the gas it consumed. We have put over 400 miles on the Volt since leaving the dealership and still have 6 gallons of gas in the 9 gallon tank! We are getting around 42miles per charge which is great ($0.62 to charge from empty)! The Chevy Volt is definitely the best car I have ever driven! Todd was a pleasure to work with and I would certainly recommend him to anyone. I was also impressed that Mike (Body Shop Manager) got under the car with me and looked it over to ensure it was structurally sound. Becky was also great to work with regarding the financing. Overall, I feel I got a fair price for my truck and an acceptable price on the Volt. The 45 minute drive to Alliance was certainly worth it! If I lived closer, I would definitely utilize their Service Department too as they seemed friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Todd, Becky, Mike and the rest of the Lavery Team!
