A North Carolina attorney handling mesothelioma cases and asbestos disease lawsuits as well as NC workers compensation claims
Introduction

I am an attorney living in Wilmington, NC who has more than 20 years of experience representing North Carolina workers and their families in asbestos and mesothelioma lawsuits as well as workers compensation claims from all parts of the state.

If you, relatives, or friends have a possible personal injury or wrongful death case involving asbestosis, an asbestos-related cancer like lung cancer, or malignant mesothelioma, I would like to help you learn more about your legal options.

I can be reached directly by email by phone at 800-426-9535 to discuss your possible asbestos case.

Or you can let me know more about your situation by using our online Asbestos-Mesothelioma Case Evaluation Form.

I have two Google+ pages for my asbestos-related legal work:

I was first licensed to practice law in California (1988). I was admitted thereafter to practice in the District of Columbia (1990) and in North Carolina (1992).

I started the Law Offices of Thomas J. Lamb in 1996 after working at one of the nation’s largest asbestos law firms, Ness Motley Loadholt Richardson & Poole, in Charleston, South Carolina. Prior to that, I worked on the other side of the fence at a defense firm, Keesal Young & Logan, in Long Beach, California.

I went to law school at George Washington University, in Washington, DC. Before that, I did my undergraduate work at the College of William & Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia, where I played basketball on the men's NCAA team and had a weekly music show on the college FM radio station.

On a personal note, I enjoy living near the coast with my wife and family, which in large part is why my law firm is located in Wilmington, North Carolina, close to Wrightsville Beach, NC.

I look forward to working on your behalf if you need legal representation for a mesothelioma lawsuit or an asbestos workers compensation claim.
