Material Palette http://www.materialpalette.com is an a simple and gorgeous way to quickly put together a color combination based on material design colors. It also stores the combination in the url (example: http://www.materialpalette.com/deep-purple/light-blue) so you can bookmark your favorite color combos.

Work
Occupation
Full Stack Web Developer
Skills
Adaptive, widely experienced web developer with a focus in multi-platform application infrastructure and interface development.
Employment
  • Rackspace
Front End Developer, 2015 - present
Encore UI - Ticketing: Build and maintain features of the application.
  • Populus Group
    Contractor, 2015 - present
  • TDDC
    Domain Administrator, Developer, 2015 - 2015
Performed day-to-day operational tasks for TDDC while building and maintaining internal applications, databases and scripts to encourage business growth. Built stand alone solutions for clients requiring a customized answer to day-to-day problems impacting business. Produced documentation of existing and newly built systems for users across the Active Directory domain. Set up and maintained Windows Deployment Server to quickly image PCs, as well as other instrumental servers to aide in the rapid expansion of the company as it merged with another. Oversaw redesign of SQL Server for pathology reporting, reconnected applications to this server and implemented interfaces where programs were incompatible.
  • Geek Squad
    Technology Education Agent, 2012 - 2015
Proudly and actively encouraged both the development and the sustained success of the Solution Central pilot program at my retail location, prior to its national deployment. I utilized my generous enthusiasm and passion for the progress of beneficial technologies to encourage and educate clientele, so they might gain better enjoyment of their devices from my consultation. By focusing on and satisfying not only clients' informative needs but also their emotional and sentimental needs, I consistently delivered an experience that thrilled clients and encouraged a healthy, enjoyable relationship between client, company and myself. I actively coach my peers with self-developed and peer-personalized curriculum to bolster the evolution of their success; by doing so, I improve conditions and metrics for everyone involved (clients, peers, company). Notably, customer service experience metrics for my department, Solution Central (at Store #1082), both consistently exceeded expectations and continuously served as an exemplary standard for the overall success of the pilot program.
  • Pace Americas
Tier II Customer Support Representative, 2012 - 2012
Provided exceptional support-oriented, fast and friendly service for AT&T Customers. As a Tier II operative my mission was to determine the correct source of the problem and ensure a decisive resolution for my clients, while attending to their needs on an emotional/satisfaction-oriented basis. My role at Pace included resolving Static IP conflicts, resolving system-stalls via AT&T's in-house Order Management System, attending to multi-department negotiation and cooperation, addressing fiber-optic and ADSL2.5+ connection issues and detailing action plans for customers in a timely and understandable fashion. I was continuously ranked within the top 15 agents of the call center; this was possible by distributing my workflow to assist other agents. While I would be assisting my customer, I would also be assisting a peer's customer via our company's remote screen-sharing application. This ensured that I was constantly faced with a challenge; when not occupied at my desk, I have been known to study system schematics detailing order flow so that I could address each problem quicker and more effectively each time.
  • Handcock Fabrics
    Sales Associate, 2011 - 2012
Acted as a sales representative; ensured each customer was attended to, and the sales floor kept neat and orderly. My ability to communicate well with clients who do not possess a technical background largely stems from my role at this store.
  • Target Corporation
    Sales Floor Representative, 2008 - 2009
Attended to Target customers and to the Sales floor. A wonderful position; I earned an enormous amount of knowledge pertaining to how a business should operate, and how clients should be served. I have a great deal of respect for every position I have obtained thus far over the course of my career, and having worked for several wonderful companies I can say that my position at Target was one of the best.
  • Best Buy
    Retail Developer, 2013 - 2014
I couldn’t have asked for a better opportunity, spending nine months traveling to and from Minneapolis to the Best Buy corporate headquarters to continue developing the core retail application ETK (the Employee ToolKit). The application was originally implemented with the Backbone.js framework. I overtook my peer developers in development out of passion for the project, but not without assisting them in their endeavours. I took to ensuring my peers were following proper conventions and learning even more about the languages and libraries we were utilizing. After seven months and other developers returning to their stores, I was the only developer who was trusted to support the pilot of the ETK application; even still, the decision was made that I would rewrite the application in the more robust Angular.js framework. I mastered the angular.js framework and began working on the foundation of the new Angular ETK. My foundation and relevant documentation are now being extended from for the new application by newer developers, and I continue to support their efforts from remote. I am certainly proud to know that I supported several code bases alone at once while simultaneously delivering the finished foundation of the newly rewritten application for oncoming developers to overtake my work.

A focused taste and detail-attentive wait-staff complete a refined dining experience sure to leave a lasting impression. My compliments to the Chef, who remained quick on their feet even when asked to create a meal based on my dietary needs. A fantastic experience all around.

A surprisingly refreshing take on a classic meal, Earth Burger shines as an example of the vegan/vegetarian cuisine found in an unfortunate scarcity around San Antonio.
