PostgreSQL's shared memory difficulties are over! \o/

It looks like, as of 9.3, users can confidently raise their shared buffers to a decent size without messing around with kernel.shmmax and kernel.shmall. :)

Well, we hope.. Lets hope it survives under pressure and testing :-)
Actually I've found problems.  If I over-allocate shared buffers, it not only fails to start, but it also doesn't log an error of any kind, and leaves behind the pid file.
Ha, there you go. But it's good to get it tested :)
