Peer-to-Peer Professional Development
Introduction
The overall mission of Think IT is to foster professional growth and development through the power of networking and collaboration.

We currently have 8 different groups with over 1700 members within the Minneapolis St. Paul community. Most groups meet on a monthly basis in an informal, roundtable format with a different member from the group facilitating (not presenting) each session.

We have also launched our Think IT - Chicago and St. Louis chapters! We are starting with our IT Leadership and Opportunity Management groups. For more information, please visit our website.

Think IT also offers a comprehensive mentorship program. The purpose of this program is to provide access to the knowledge and experiences of the most senior Think IT members to grow the next generation of Leaders.
