it's funny how people get so worked up over "cheating" in sports when it pales in comparison to wall street. no-one loses a job or investment when someone juices or delivers a hard knock on the QB.
While the numbers are, in fact, awful, this graphic is incorrect.  26% said they had observed it, and 24% said they thought it was necessary for success -- but those two aren't additive, they're different questions.

So if you want to say "A quarter of all ..."

(By the way, the Yahoo article isn't clear that it's CEOs, just "senior executives.")
CEOs are pretty clueless about the day-to-day stuff.  Most senior execs too.
