Remember ClarisWorks?  Dark Castle?

Ahh, back when macs weren't douchy.

+Mitch J I used to work telephone support for Claris software "back in the day." :)

Ah back when Amiga released the 512k full colour PC for less then half the price of this 128K monochrome box

It just doesn't seem that long ago.. -_-

And it's been downhill ever since...

I was born in Feb of 84... Coincidence? Greatness follows greatness....

I had one of these in 1984. I loved it so much.

Wow. It's hard to believe that it's been 30 years already.

I used to play Dungeon games on one of those LOL

Anyone who ever used one of these will remember the horrors of the drive not having a manual release that didn't need a paperclip.  WTF?  And as I encountered them at uni and they were never as useful as a Sun box, plus the stupid paperclip thing, I'm afraid all I remember is the paperclip thing.

Wow, hasn't changed much in 30 years.

I had this with the Ultra Drive 45. I remember playing kings quest 3 on it :)

Capn Magneto, shufflepuck cafe, dungeon of doom and dungeon revealed.

My first Mac was a Quadra 605. I still have a running Quadra 700 and several "Pismo" PowerBooks. I set up the 700 today and it works just like it did out of the Box when I bought it. Happy Anniversary MacAddicts!

I still have one of those bricks in my closet. :>

This is the first computer I used. It's still around somewhere :-)
