Introduction
I produce results by sharing tools, that move ideas into action; allowing leaders to get going, quickly, by focusing on the wins, the strengths, that already exist.

I have been working with nonprofits, political campaigns, and social justice, since I was 14 years old.  I have a lot of experience, and dedication to assist you with strategies that you can trust, and implement right away.

I LOVE to see the "good guys" win.  It just makes my heart happy when "something can't be done" and then "lookey loo loo" it is a SUCCESS.

All Saints Oil is used for creating success. There are several ingredients in the carrier oil, so it is possible that you could be allergic to it, if it is in contact with your skin.  As with anything, if you decide to use it on your skin, use a small amount first, in a small location, and observe it for any reaction.  Some people have been known to add a few drops of the oil into their bath, or onto a shower sponge, to anoint themselves.  http://tinyurl.com/WeeklyEdition   Recipe and other uses at the link.

Much respect to the staff at North Thurston High School in Lacey, Washington this morning; and ♥ for the healing to start.

Not all herbs taste wonderful, and just because you have created an infusion, or decoction, it won’t necessarily taste better.  Syrups are a great solution for this problem, they really do make even the most difficult herbs taste better.   And yes, we sweeten them up, with this process.  http://tinyurl.com/WeeklyEdition   Quick reminder, nothing we post is medical advice.

At the end of the day many people feel tired, frustrated, overwhelmed, and like they wish there were at least two of them.  Many sit and think, does my boss know how many things are on my desk, and that I am just one person?  And have a good attitude and smile during all of it, hey no pressure, right?  http://www.theresareel.com/blog/a-3-step-system-for-getting-more-done Here is a 3 step system for getting out of overwhelm, and getting more done.

I have always been one to encourage folks to be honest about the end of life care wishes they have, and to share them, get them on paper etc.  As many know my mother is in hospice with not many days left, so this is a topic in our family currently.  She has made all of her wishes known, and one is that after she is gone, she will be buried at sea.

For those of you that may have an interest in that, there are some options, and if you want that, you should plan ahead.  There are both full body burials (in a specific casket type, or a specific shroud) or cremated and spread.

Get especially clear on your end of life stuff folks, once you think about there is a lot that goes into it.  much love!

"As you start your day, remember this: You need to be aware of what others are doing, applaud their efforts, acknowledge their successes, and encourage them in their pursuits. When we all help one another, everybody wins."

http://www.theresareel.com/blog/which-core-values-do-you-use-and-why  The simple, and quick, answer is you are responsible for you, and your actions.  The longer answer reminds you, you are responsible for you; but it can get complicated, and feel messy.  The truth is it is easiest to start with something simple, something cut and dried.  So let’s start there, how about negotiating with a two year old?   Now if you have ever spent time with an actual two year old you are probably laughing, and thinking oh yeah, simple!
