I'm following up with you on your Q about scheduling.

One of the biggest things about scheduling and this actually helps to keep you on track is to list your priorities and goals...literally.

Why?

There is so much information out there and we sometimes fall into the trap that we must read, listen to, watch and pay attention to everything.  We think that we're going to miss a nugget of information that will change our situation.

Trust that you will learn the knowledge you need at the time you're supposed to.

Listing your goals and priorities makes saying "yes" or "no" so much easier because if the new thing that comes up isn't inline with your established priorities and goals, then pass on it.

This is when saying "no" becomes a huge game changer and you stay focused on what you want to achieve.

So, don't be afraid to get on the "No Train". ;)
