Let's talk workouts... for mom... for the homeschool mom...
How often do you get a workout in? How do you do it? What do you do?
For me, I allocate one hour (10-11am) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays (Thursday is co-op day) to do our PE/workout together.
On really hot and really cold weeks, we do Insanity, T25 or P90X at home. I also have an elliptical and other equipment. On fair-weather weeks, we go for walks, hikes and bike rides.
At this point, since my littles are 4 and 6, I do include them in what I do to try to stay healthy and in shape. :)
Your turn! Share your tips and tricks!
