Lived here almost a year and love it! Moved from another "Luxury Apt" and What a difference. The Montecristo is 5 star LUXURY apt living. Front office staff friendly and efficient. They are outgoing, provide several social events a month for residents and so enthusiastic about all they do. The maintenance crew is wonderful as well. All maintenance requests completed within 24 hours-usually that day of the request. The grounds are beautiful!-Great landscaping! Beyond a doubt, a true gem. I highly reccommend the Montecristo.

Great apartments. Well kept. Staff is very friendly. The pool area is happening. Stone Oak area is the best if you can afford it. Enough said.

This place would be a great place to live but the management is not professional. There are full of misunderstandings and they give "lease violations" to the wrong people.. if you move there must pay close attention that you do not have wrongful violations because they have cameras and could easily mistake you for someone else (since the camera's image is blurry). The maintenance does respond quickly but they are also known for "window peeping" on female apartments (won't rob you). If you don't like noise then this is the complex for you because for any noise that you make the police will arrive and that will be a lease violation. The parking is also a problem, there are no parking spaces available and you will have to park far away. The trash area is also a problem there are only two areas for all the complex, therefore it will get full and people are obliged to put the trash next to the garbage containers. The trash areas are very far away but if you end up next to one of the areas then you are set to awful odors. The pool is a tremendous problem because people who do not live there usually crash the area. The management overall are mediocre with the exception of the only guy that works there, he seems to be more conscious of issues and easy to talk to. Overall the montecristo is overrated and overpriced for all the drama you have to put up. Good Luck.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. We moved to this apartment in June of 2013 and our lease ends this August. I'm so sad to be leaving this place! Beautiful interior and spacious kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. And I think what makes or breaks a nice apartment like this is the staff. Front office is always friendly and willing to help and accommodate with whatever we need, whether its Martin, Anna, or Gabe. Maintenance is awesome. When we call, they are always so quick to help whether it be the same day or the next day. Valet trash service, clean kept pool, nice bar/cabana area, many places to grill, walking trail, and clean doggy park! Also location is great. Easy access to highways yet very quiet and peaceful location. We would recommend to anyone!
