We appreciate your comments but you should keep it civil and refrain from using vulgarity, lest you lose credibility. We may not know how to "treat costumers", but we certainly know how to treat customers.
You must be a fitness industry expert to comment on our sign-in procedures for non-members. The Gym has been using these same procedures successfully for 18 years (not just for Groupon) with rare complaints. By the way, from our Front Desk to the Training Center, you must pass through two sets of double doors and walk 180 feet (seventy-two steps according to (http://www.TheWalkingSite.com). Unless you happen to be the Green Giant, you won't make it in "10 steps".
Isn't it odd the only two less than very good or excellent Google reviews are NOT from our Members, but from two disgruntled Grouponers that do not adhere to the merchant's specific instruction not to try to attend the most popular 6:00 pm classes that fill up quickly. We provide a list of 16 other classes that Grouponers are very likely to gain a spot. ALL Groupon offers (not just ours) are "subject to availability". It is so commonly accepted that Groupon infrequently adds that phrase.
The vast majority of Grouponers fully understand and appreciates that if you are paying $2.50 (85% discount) for a class when a full paying Member is paying up to $16.41, then a sometimes inconvenience is possible and even likely.
Since you attended five classes, we will send you a refund of $36.75.
