Response from the owner - in the last week
I have asked you to show me the evidence of the offer and you cannot, if you can i will gladly do the deal.
The offer finished on the 31st December and you ordered on the 9th January. The product page was taken offline on the 1st January, so that offer was not on our site when you ordered. There was a banner on the homepage that still had the details on but when you clicked through to the page it didn't exist as explained above.
Is it normal practice to take images of a banner and then video your order process? If you knew 100% the deal was still on, why would you do that? And on the product page you ordered from there was no mention of this offer at all, wouldn't it have been a good idea to contact to clarify before ordering?
Your original emails to us were very nice and polite but after i refused to do that deal you have slandered us and progressed to slating us on the internet. I hope future customers see that we have been professional on this matter and it doesnt stop them from purchasing from us.
Anyway as i have expained to you the offer had expired and we will not be able to send any free products.
