ABOUT JUDIT
Judit's yoga journey started more than 10 years ago when she attended her very first hatha yoga class. At that time yoga was an escape from a stressful job as a tourist representative and a way of getting more flexibility. She attended her first teacher training in 2015 and has completed another 3 since then.

She practices what she teaches, and in her spare time she can be found practicing and developing her arm balance and inversion practice at home or by the sea. Her style is vivid and flowing. She teaches power vinyasa, pregnancy yoga and kids yoga in her home town Paralimni.

Join our May's Womans’ Circle!
Theme: ~ Forgiveness & what is stopping us ~

What we do: Every month We provide space for women to come, find some time to connect to themselves, self heal, connect with other women, support each other. Be inspired and Empowered, inspire and empower other women as well!
Why only once per month? This makes it less committed, more accessible, practical.

Practices/ How ?
- Through Breath. We connect to our body, heart, spirit through our breath. Become aware of the connection with our higher selves, other people in our life, and the people around us.
- Through Grounding: becoming aware of our connection with the earth, become confident about where we are, were we stand and feel supported.
- By Setting an intention, planting the seed: Each month we will have a suggested theme on which you may base your intention or set your own according to your priorities at that moment in life.
- With Meditation: Connection, grounding, setting the intention!
- With sharing (optional): Inspire other women of the circle with your example even if you are not aware of it!

Result:
- Individually: Increase of self love, self respect, acknowledge and recogniSe your strengths and weaknesses. Work with practical simple tools towards creating your own living system, the one that makes YOU happy!
- Collectively: Inspire, motivate and radiate your confidence towards other women of the circle, other people in your life through your example. Radiate positive energy out to our families, friends, society, the world.

Every month we welcome new and old participants, our intentions are purely leaded by love and kindness in co-creating a better future for us and our children!

Chakra Yoga Master Class

A Master Class with Christopher Gladwell

€35

In this two and a half hour class we will start with the physical in a guided asana practice. We will look at the biomechanics of the body in our poses using Chris's ENGAGED YOGA approach. The physical work sets the foundation for the sitting practice, where we will discuss and meditate on the chakras, practicing the specific SEED chant for each one.

This is profound yoga practice.

About Chris

Christopher Gladwell has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 35 years and is a leading Yoga Teacher Trainer from the UK.

He practiced and taught Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga for over 12 years, studying with some of the greats, including Pattabhi Jois. He was initiated in the tantric tradition and spent many years studying, practicing and teaching Vedic Philosophy, mantra and pranayama.

His teachings are a journey into REAL YOGA. You will have the opportunity to learn asana from someone who has a thorough knowledge of asana, biology, anatomy and physiology, how to prevent injury, and how to practice to relieve pain from injury.

Referred to as the encyclopaedia of yoga, there isn’t much that Chris wouldn’t be able to answer. Asana is taught within the landscape of philosophy, mantra and pranayama. He is the author of over 6 books, including "Engaged Yoga" and runs a Yoga Teacher Training in Bristol, in between running workshops and trainings across Europe.
