Requests - use this feature to reduce the amount of work you have to do to get your ID Cards!!

In IDControl, you can upload a set of email addresses. The persons on the list will be emailed with a link to the page on which photograph and card data should be entered

This means that you can spread the work load out by getting your card holders to enter the data you need to print their cards

Even better - you can use this feature AND have IDProductive in your own office in situations where you wish to print the cards yourself - or we can easily print and post for you

IDControl keeps a history of all of the cards you have ordered, and the status of current orders too

IDControl works like this

We create you a design and fully proof it with you interactively
Then we create a web page for you and give you login details
You buy a credit pack of any size (for any number of cards)

Whenever you need to order another staff ID or other type of badge, you simply log in to your ordering page and enter the information for the new card.

You can preview your new card exactly how it will look when printed

IDControl has been used for a number of years by Pitman Training

They receive emails as orders are fulfilled and cards are continually posted as they are ordered through IDControl

IDProductive users have a very simple operation to follow, regardless of how complex the issuance process is

They simply select a job from a menu of jobs (image 2) then work through the tasks on the right of the software (image 1)

IDProductive can check for things when a job is run, such as whether a printer is switched on or if a database is online. This happens in the background and can tell the operator (at the beginning of a job) to not proceed if there is a background issue - this means the operator won't take the customer through the process of giving details only to not be able to print the card at the end of the process

Jobs are made up of tasks, which are discreet units of code that are made to be re-used. For example, any job that involves capturing a photograph, we 'plug in' the 'Get Photograph' task

This means that as we build a library of tasks, these become stable and dependable as they are used in the real world

We can create designs here for our customers. Once edited these can be retrieved at any time from within the IDProductive menu

We use a feature called the Job Builder to create tailored jobs for our customers. If we edit a customer's jobs, we simply publish them to the cloud and the customer retrieves them once as an update

IDProductive is our one at a time or batch printing software

A user of IDProductive will have Jobs created for them by us, and card files too if required, and all of this will be sent out to the customers software

This means that a customer can be printing their own cards within a few clicks of using IDProductive

A customer doesn't need to know how to design a card - we can give our full proofing service then send the design to the customers software

When a card is issued, it might be desirable for a mailing label or enclosure document to accompany the card - we build that into the customers job

A receipt my be needed per card, or a confirmation email

Once a job is created for the user, it can be used repeatedly to issue cards

As cards are issued, they are saved in a local SQL database and so can be reviewed any time, and sales figures can be viewed too in cases where cards are issued as products
