The customer service representative I first talked to was cordial and fully answered questions I had about setting up the first meeting with the technicians. When the company representatives arrived, on time I'd like to add, they were very courteous, respectful and described the residential plans available and options for service. They were patient to answer any questions I had and were helpful in creating a plan of service. The technician visit was scheduled later at my convenience and also arrived on time. He explained what he would be doing and completed his work taking time to attend to some extra trouble spots which I really appreciated.

Courteous , attentive and pleasant servicemen and receptionist when I call with a concern. I also appreciate the prompt service when I have a very urgent problem with some sort of bugs. I was having a problem with wasps entering my house through the chimney . I was going to have company staying at my house for Christmas and I definitely wanted to get rid of that problem. I called you guys and got the service I was needing.

WE HAVE HAD BUG MASTER SERVICE FOR OVER 13 YEARS AND WE HAVE HAD THE SAME TECHNICIAN ALL OF THAT TIME (DANIEL). OUR SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL. IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES BETWEEN OUR QUARTERLY SERVICE (RARE), THEY ARE ON TOP OF IT-IMMEDIATELY. I RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT RESERVATION.

I had my initial visit on November 4, 2015. My two week follow up was supposed to be on November 18. 2015. I called "The Bug Master" because i had not seen or heard from them and tomorrow will be 3 weeks since the initial visit. i spoke w/ Maria, who said it was not noted in their sysem that there was supposed to be a two week follow up. I am disappointed that because someone failed to do thier job, my two week follow up is turning out to be a three and a half week follow up.

Sorry for you poor experience. After looking at your agreement the inspector made no note of a follow up trip and that is how we dropped the ball. I do apologize for the inconvenience and want to assure you that addition treatments are no charge. It also looks like we will be back out soon to address any issues you are having.
