Your team is awesome to work with! Great customer service, easy scheduling, and extremely knowledgable service technicians! Marcus was awesome and checked every nook and cranny I was worried about. Looking forward to some peace of mind by having a quarterly pest control service :) Thanks!

I like that the same service person has been coming to my house since the beginning. They get to know what to look for and where and it's easy for them to follow-up. The office staff is pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. And they are very flexible about rescheduling when I need to.

I started with The Bug Master several years back and was very happy with the service. My technichian was very professional, doing a good job. I decided to write this review so express my complete disappointment with my last service call and subsequent follow up. The new tech came to the house, did what I thought was a fair job and left. I did not get the sheet stating his time in or out, or what was done. He handed me a sheet, but it was rolled up. I was so used to the way this company worked, I didn't open it up and read it all. I received the email follow up for payment, and the report that came across stated the tech was at my home for close to an hour treating. In reality, he was there less than 25 minutes, for both inside and out. When I called to question what was done, my report showing what chemicals used, time in and time out, etc. they sent over a sheet with no information and the tech typed a comment that the customer wasn't available to sign the sheet. This is absolutely not true. I was there the entire time of treatment. This is what concerned me, I couldn't trust the tech. So, I asked for his manager. When I spoke with him, he said he would contact the tech and ask what chemicals were used and then get back with me. I told him my bigger concern was this techs lack of honesty, completing his time for much longer than actually there, stating I wasn't available to sign the sheet, etc. and this manager totally missed that. He finally did offer to credit my treatment, but that wasn't the issue. If I had not pressed the issue, this practice was ok with both the tech and his supervisor. I can't use a company I can't trust.

The customer service representative I first talked to was cordial and fully answered questions I had about setting up the first meeting with the technicians. When the company representatives arrived, on time I'd like to add, they were very courteous, respectful and described the residential plans available and options for service. They were patient to answer any questions I had and were helpful in creating a plan of service. The technician visit was scheduled later at my convenience and also arrived on time. He explained what he would be doing and completed his work taking time to attend to some extra trouble spots which I really appreciated.

The service is great, their service folks are prompt, respectful of your property and very knowledgeable. The office staff is very efficient and does all they can to accommodate you!
