Come and sit with us for meditation online - every Tuesday, 2.30pm EST / 7.30pm UK.

For the next three weeks while Candradasa is away we'll be doing a series with Rijupatha, focusing on one of the Three Jewels in meditation practice each week.

This week: Contemplation of the Buddha Jewel through Buddhanusati practice.

NB. Tuesday meditations are primarily for those who know the two main practices we focus on. There is also a Friday’s drop-in meditation (beginners welcome) at 11am EST/4pm UK.

If you join the Hangout late, please mute your microphone so as not to disturb other users.

We'll be trying a pretty cool experiment on Saturday - instant live streaming video from Cambridge Buddhist Centre in the UK via Periscope. Intrigued to see how it comes off - amazing technology!

We welcome you to join us for another of our Friday Drop-In Meditation sessions this week on April 10th!  We'll be holding the session on Google+ Hangout at 11:00am EST/4.00pm UK online.

THIS WEEK'S MEDITATION: Mindfulness of Breathing

These weekly sessions are a simple opportunity to learn more about and practice two fundamental meditation forms - the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (loving-kindness) practices. We'll get a chance to explore one practice per session, changing it up each week.

Meditators of all experience levels are welcome to come along! There will be some introduction to the practices for beginners, so this will be an ideal place to start if you haven’t meditated before. You’ll have guidance and the opportunity to ask questions, as well as a chance to meet other meditators and connect.

HOW TO CONNECT:

The Friday session will only be held via Google hangout on our Google + page (you may have to add us to your circles, then click ‘hangouts’ above in this event posting).
