Research has shed light on the power of focus and its role as a hidden driver of success. Yet as helpful as focus can be, research also shows there’s a downside to it: excessive focus exhausts the focus circuits in your brain. Source: Harvard Business Review

Today TBC students were graced with the presence of Subeksha Khadka (Miss Nepal International 2012) for the promotion of Miss Nepal International 2017. Alongside the staff of Hidden Treasure, the organisers of the event, and with representatives from the sponsor companies, Subeksha entertained a fun-filled interaction session with lots of quizzes and competitions for the students to indulge in. Students strutted, sang, danced and acrobatted in an attempt to impress the hosts, with much success. The guests were truly blown away with the energetic response and eagerness displayed by all the students from A Level, BBA and BSc. Thank you to our guests and to all those who participated. We eagerly wait to see what comes next for this talented bunch and whether TBC has the next Miss Nepal International within its midst.
