The new showroom shows off some of the most beautiful products on the market and the new demonstration kitchen is the perfect stage for Paul Foster to delight visitors with his culinary flair. It will be a great day with loads of experts on hand to answer questions on food, drink, kitchens and interiors. We hope many people will join us for a drink and have a look round.”

Woodbridge Tide Mill In The Spotlight Again

Woodbridge’s iconic working Tide Mill is in the spotlight once more. This time in the BBC’s Tastes of Britain series which will be screened this Autumn on BBC1.

The series celebrates local produce and Woodbridge is just one of many destinations featured in the episode on Suffolk, alongside Sutton Hoo Chickens, High House Fruit Farm and a few other local gems.   Tastes of Britain is presented by Janet Street Porter with cooking by Brian Turner.

Nigel Barratt, Trustee and Miller at Woodbridge Tide Mill, said: “It was great to give Janet Street Porter a tour of the Mill and to see Brian Turner using our flour, alongside Sutton Hoo chicken, to cook up a delicious dish. Nothing’s been confirmed yet but the rumour is that the Suffolk episode will screen on 16th September at 3.30pm on BBC1.”

I think the idea of teaching seniors how to get the most out of the internet is a great idea and well done Barclays for cracking on with it. The ad is clear and explanatory but the end tag really lets it down.
