Never ever use these stand alone machines. They are perfect for skimming cards. Warwick you advertise this machine like it is 1980.

Fun Fact Friday! In the 1950s, the Tip Top Tap gained nationwide recognition when radio personality Don McNeil broadcasted his show from the lounge. “The Breakfast Club with Don McNeil” aired on the ABC Radio Network until 1968, and was heard on more than 400 radio stations across the country. The hour-long programs featured celebrities, songs, music and – most importantly – humor! http://bit.ly/1xPqrZP

If I could rate at 0, i would. Was supposed to have free parking. Parking was SIXTY dollars. We didn't even stay at the place and cancelled our reservation, our card was still charged. We were on business and looking for an in-expensive room, this was not it. On top of it they refused to refund us for a room we didn't even stay in. This place is an absolute joke!!!!!

Clean, updated and modern. Good customer service. Reversed our mini fridge cost when we stored our food there (it's $25/day just to use it). Parking is $60/day. Room 5/5, nice gym. Walking distance to everything, we never used the car. Free WiFi if you ask for the password at reception. Free coffee in the morning but no coffee machine in the room. $9 to order coffee pot for room. Too expensive but pretty reasonable for downtown Chicago

The rooms were clean, Valet service was awesome! but the customer service was horrible... Ran into a lot of problems with the front desk attendants, they were very rude and Ghetto. Especially a guy named Andre who tried to argue with me because he couldn't explain to me why my sister was being charged twice for two rooms. Very frustrating and made the trip exhausting. Definitely will not be coming back here or suggesting that anyone else should.

Horribly loud. If you are on a wing with the elevators you will be woken up every half hour by loud congregating drunks who are waiting for the painfully slow elevators. Staff would also congregate on the 5th floor during weekday mornings to goof off, yell , and play loud music videos. Only perk was the comfortable bed (which you can't really enjoy with the noise).

Idiot staff. Wifi no good. Noisy. Small rooms. $50 for two people to eat breakfast? Morons!!! There is nothing good about Chicago! You can relate Obama (pathetic jerk politician), mafia, street violence against whites, and Nestle's Idiot CEO (water is a human right you jackass) to Chicago. 1871 Patrick & Catherine O'Leary should have finished the job!

TOTAL SCAM! We needed a nice but inexpensive room for one night of fun in the city before returning home. I contacted the hotel and asked about parking because last time I had stayed in Chicago (at a different hotel) the parking was included with the cost of the room. The concierge here said they had it but they didn't tell me it was $60 valet parking only. When I arrived, I was told there was another $60 deposit that would be refunded after the stay (I was not told this before making reservations). The room was tiny which didn't bother me but there was a thick layer of dirt/dust on the light fixtures, the bathroom mirrors were spattered with what looked like toothpaste, and the cloth headboard had a hole worn away in it. The hotel is also across the street from the ER so we had to listen to ambulance sirens all night. We didn't use wi-fi or eat breakfast there because it all cost extra. It is now 10 days later and they are telling me that the $60 deposit that I hadn't been warned about in the first place will take A MONTH to be refunded. This whole hotel was one bad experience after another. At this point, my $100/ 14 hour stay has cost me $220 just in hidden hotel fees. Last time we were in Chicago it cost that much for a 3-day weekend. If you're looking for a clean, honest, good-night's sleep, this is not it.

While the room and actual hotel were pretty nice we were frustrated by the amenities or lack there of. Parking was $60/overnight, luckily Spot Hero offered parking a block away for only $24/ day. Internet access was $10/day for a maximum of two devices. I'm not sure I know any two adults that have only two devices between them. If you're going to charge for internet at least make it a one time fee. Additionally, there was not a fridge for items we brought, only a super overpriced minibar(i.e. $4 per soda). We were going to just remove their beverages and put our own in, but there is a $25 restocking fee which is a completely unreasonable way to force people to use the minibar as if the lack of vending machines weren't enough. Sadly I've had better amenities at way lower class hotels. For the location and price of this hotel we expected a lot more. Room service was disappointing as well. The vegetable soup was flavorless and mushy, and we had to ask to be credited the $10 for the green program they offer for not receiving housekeeping services. Overall the hotel was nice enough, but I'd rather stay elsewhere where they don't nickel and dime their customers for all the amenities that should be included or at least reasonably priced.

This is a pretty good Hotel. Clean rooms, good location, good amenities, and (mostly) friendly service. Parking is expensive though.
