"Hotel service is excellent, room is a bit small, but the bathroom is very roomy."
"The lounge/restaurant was good and priced well for starters, entrees and drinks."

Old historic building. Rooms are small but comfortable. Noise not an issue on the 19th floor. Decor, room quality and service all on par for this price range.

Only complaint is the vanity address. They should state the Huron address, which is the front entrance, to minimize confusion. Valet text system was having errors but there was a Valet physically there to process getting the cars curbside. The beds were absolutely amazing. Staff was very accommodating and professional at all times.

Rooms are nicely updated and clean. I stayed alone in a "standard room". Staff is very professional. Yes, the rooms are smaller than average but not inadequately so. I found it cozy. Central air worked great and hi-def on all tv channels. Overall a great value considering this fantastic location.

Went to visit Chicago as a surprise honeymoon from our groomsmen. They picked this hotel for us and we couldn't have been any happier! The staff was absolutely and went above and beyond all expectations. The location is perfect for sightseeing all around town, as you are smack in the middle of all the attractions. Cannot say enough good things about the staff and the room. Amazing stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

Rooms look good and clean. Service is excellent. If you buy food out though, there is no microwave or fridge to warm up the food and to keep the food overnight. Beside that, good location, walkable distance to places

Really nice hotel in a great location. We chose to spend an extra day after the conference to take in Chicago. The hotel is well kept even if a little dated. If you want ultra-modern look elsewhere. Would enjoy staying here again.
