All they see

Your ego wants you to believe that everybody is always thinking about you. It tells you that they’re watching what you’re wearing and checking out all your stuff. It makes you think they care about how much money you have and all your successes. But the truth is they don’t care… not even a little bit.

When they’re poking, prodding, and sticking their nose in your business, that’s not about you either. It’s always about them. Everyone else is too wrapped up in their own stories to care about yours.

All these thoughts you’re having about them isn’t about them either - it’s about you and your story. And while you’re busy thinking about what they’re thinking about you, they are going on with their lives. You should go on with yours too.

Live your life your way. Don’t worry about who’s looking, because they’re not really paying attention anyway. When they look at you all they see is them.

Get.busy.now.

It’s too bad that you haven’t gotten started yet. But it’s completely understandable because you don’t have that much time and you have a ton of responsibilities. You have to take care of the bare necessities first, right? Keeping a roof over your head and food in your stomach is priority number one. But in the meantime, your spirit is starving to death.

There will always be a million excuses and obstacles that keep you from living the life you want to live. Life doesn’t pause for anyone or anything, you are not exempt. So why not give precedence to your dreams?

Your dreams will never see the light of day if they’re at the bottom of your to-do list. Make room for dream building each and every day. 5-20 minutes at a time, 7 days a week, is all it takes.

Give your dreams the right of way. Breathe life into your desires. Experience the joy of your purpose. Get.busy.now.

Paisley has been hurt - bad. She's already gone through a horrific divorce and she's just not ready to be attached right now. When she wakes up next to Hank, her best friend's brother, she's mortified. She knows that she enjoyed sleeping with him, but she doesn't want to fall back into the same pattern. For the first time ever, Paisley is ready to sow her oats, and hooking up with Hank could ruin that. But when Hank proposes an FWB situation, Paisley feels like she can have the best of both worlds - great sex with a guy she can trust and the freedom to let her hair down.

The holidays are all about love, sharing, and connection… at least that’s what they’re supposed to be about. But somehow they’ve evolved into more food, more to-do’s, more stress, and more weight.
So instead of dieting after the holidays have fattened your waist, emptied your wallet, and bogged down your mind, why not diet in advance?

I should tell you upfront that I don’t believe in diets because they don’t work. But I do believe in lifestyle changes. I also believe that in order to make significant change in your life, whether it’s weight loss, mindset, or whatever, you have to cultivate new habits.

This is not your traditional diet.

This diet is all about joy! It’s about reconnecting with you + your life. 21 days – that’s only three short weeks. You’ve got the time, so don’t make any excuses. It’s going to be great fun! And it’s absolutely #Free

It begins on November 1st... Sign up today!

Feel Beautiful

There is nothing more breathtaking than beauty. Beauty isn’t just something you see or experience, it’s something you feel. Beauty appeals to the senses.

It can be difficult to behold beauty when you don’t feel beautiful. Thoughts of lack and comparison diminish beauty. The concept of flawlessness makes beauty an impossibility.

What’s beautiful about you has nothing to do with how much you have. Your beauty cannot be overshadowed by the physical features or material possessions of others.

Your beauty goes beyond the surface. It is not determined by what other people see, but by how you see yourself. Feeling beautiful requires you to let go of the belief that you are not.

The Better Choice

It’s easy to wonder through this life focusing on trivial things. You get angry over parking spaces, unintended glances, and unfortunate squabbles. You toil in earnest just to be right. But does any of it really matter?

Being right is not as important as you think. Most of the time your rightness is just your own opinion. Your opinion is not law. You are not the judge and jury. You do not get to crucify, execute, and demean others for the sake of an argument.

Your thirst to be right can divide and fracture the infrastructure of your most prized relationships. If you sever the connection between you and your beloveds over a situation that you will not remember 3 years from now, will it be worth it?

Let go of the need to be correct. Agree to disagree. Peace is always the better choice.

The Greatest Comeback

Whatever challenges you may currently face are a blessing.  It may not seem like it right now, but your benefit is on the horizon.  Sometimes you have to take a few steps back in order to leap victoriously forward.

Do not let the opinions of others occupy your time.  Everybody has an opinion, so what.  This if your life, not his, not hers…just yours.   There is nobody more qualified to make decisions in your life than you and nobody knows better what you need.

There is no room and no time for shame. There is no place and no space for blame.  Life gives you exactly what you need, at all times, without exception.  These growing pains will not last. This discomfort will not endure forever.

You have been equipped with an infinite reserve of resilience. You were designed with an unlimited supply of strength and courage. Tap into your reservoir of faith and prepare for your greatest comeback!

What are you afraid of?

Fear is not a bad thing. Although it doesn’t feel good, fear is just the symptom, but it’s not the problem.

Fear is an invitation to engage.  The things that you are afraid often have the power to change your life.

Fear is a signal to beware, not be-weary. Fear is a sign post that reads “pay close attention, juicy stuff ahead.”

Face your fears. Know that no matter what happens you will be changed for the better. Fear is simply “excitement without the breath.” Just remember to breathe.
