Great choice of 3 courses. Always a fun experience and the support staff is fun too. I always feel good going into my game and whether I shoot high or low, the staff is always there to pump me up at the end of a round. I really enjoy playing here, especially with the 3 courses, it's nice to go to one place and have the choice of what course to play on, instead of playing the same course every single time. And I have never played here under bad conditions. They seem to take great pride in course conditions and always have it up to par.

My wife and I stayed at the Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa on 10-19-12, in room 380. We've stayed in many hotels, Inns and resorts over the past 10 years, and can say without hesitation, that the Wigwam Resort is by far the BEST place we have stayed and we definitely give this resort a 5 Star Excellence Rating in every department. The Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa main building has so much interesting history, that we found ourselves roaming around for hours just looking at all the nostalgic items and photos. The very friendly staff did a magnificent job of making sure we felt welcome and treated us like royalty. Accommodations: The standard rooms were exceptionally spacious and clean. All the extras were available to make you feel pampered and relaxed. Sleep like a King/Queen in beds that are adorned with the most luxurious pillows and sheets. There are 2 large balconies in this room, both with spectacular views. The room service food was simply delicious and delivered promptly with a smile, by well mannered professionally dressed staff. My wife and I can confidently say that a lasting impression was made, that will keep us coming back every chance we get. The Wigwam Inn is host to many entertainment events and occasions. This awesome resort will be a perfect spot for one, or all of our children's wedding receptions. We can't rave enough about this great hidden resort jewel of Arizona. Even if we were to move out of AZ, we would still come back just to stay at the Wigwam. We sincerely recommend that everyone who comes to, or lives in Arizona stay at the Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa. You can thank us later. ;) Tim & Michelle Selaty

Well this is the second year we have done this trip here. We do 4 nights and 4 days of golf. The rooms have been redone and are much nicer now. They gave us a hospitality suite next to the course which was great. We had to trek to get ice as some of the ice machines do not work. So, this place, like last year,it is the finer details that they continually miss on. For the golf courses, the "sand" in the bunkers is reminscent of a one star public course. I do not actually know what they charge for the golf as our was a package. There are 3 courses with varying degrees of difficulty. I would price them at $40-80 per course maximum. The greens are inconsistent and show all the signs of over use. They give you breakfast with your room charge which is nice but some of the wait staff made me feel like I was imposing on them whenever I asked for something. They completely lost our reservation for dinner Saturday night and had to scramble to fit us in. Same type of occurences as the first year we were there. So for the price they charge, I still think they have a ways to go before I would say you absolutely have to go there, you get a lot for your money. I would personally like trying to rent a couple of homes (there are 12 of us.) a couple of cars and try some other courses.

We LOVE the Wigwam! We had never been to Phoenix and we decided for my father's birthday in early October to fly him there and have 16 of his friends from all over the US and Canada join us there. Our rooms were all 1 bedroom suites, they were huge, they were nice the balcony was double size and had two sets of french doors one from the living room area, one from the bed room,, and the price, goodness, what a deal! I spent every evening until early in the morning sitting outside on my laptop on their wifi which was great - had there been a kitchen I could have absolutely lived there. The pool area was nice, during our week stay there was only one day it was busy, and we're in love with their prickly;pear margaritas! The bartender and waiters were wonderful, staff was wonderful, make sure you visit the mexican restaurant across the street (im at a loss for the name right now) its excellent - we loved the grounds, they were beautiful - the staff zips you around anywhere you need to go on grounds in golf carts, they were planting hundreds of flowers when we were leaving, - the only thing that we didn't like, and that we are laughing about is the corned beef hash - which my family all has a fondness for - don't get it - its horrid, really bad, that's just an fyi, ;) all the other food we had there was very good. We tried to book again for November but they were totally sold out and we were totally bummed, so we'll try again next time. We didn't golf, so can't speak on that, we went to lay in the sun and relax and that's exactly what we did ;0)
