Turning Circles is a fun workout that alternates 20 minutes of riding with 20 minutes on the track, all fitness levels are welcome! The two-hour ride is followed by a Potluck in Rooms 1 & 2.
BRING: 2 Water Bottles, Towel, Food for Potluck and a mid-class snack if needed.
WHO: Everyone...All fitness levels welcome!
Registration: Begins November 14th with any cycling instructor!
