Do You Eat Whole Eggs Or Just The Egg Whites?

About 40 years ago the American Heart Association recommended eating no more than 3 eggs a WEEK due to claims that they have an adverse affect on your cholesterol level and heart health. Since then there have been many studies that suggest differently.

Firstly you should note that not all fats are bad for you. There are healthy fats that provide many benefits and should be included in your habitual diet.

Whole eggs are very beneficial when consumed in conjunction with other healthy foods. Don't waste time and money or miss out on the benefits of whole egg consumption by just eating the egg whites. Unfortunately this myth is widely believed and preached world wide.
