A portion of the ...building has a 1000 seat auditorium that will be the venue, 200 seat cafeteria/restaurant and many joining classrooms. The auditorium will be for live entertainment, such as music, comedy, plays, ect., the cafeteria will be a bar restaurant with an outdoor deck. the various classrooms will be for a lounge, bakery/coffee café, pool hall/game room, and a nightclub including g DJ entertainment, while the others will be rented out to many entrepreneurial businesses.
