SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMONDS... OH HI!

I'm Leo and I'm a dazzlingly good looking once-in-a-lifetime dog who somehow, through a series of highly unfortunate circumstances, ended up a starving puppy living on the streets!!!!! #tragedy

Well, you can imagine how glad I was when a nice lady stopped her warm car and took me out of the cold and to the vet doctor, where I was all fixed up and got to eat all the food I needed. #blessed

Then my savior named me "Leo" and took me to meet nice new friends at Adopt-a-Dog in Armonk, New York. Everybuddy there fell in love with me -- who could resist? I was the staff favorite, sweet and adorable to every person who met me, and VERY smart! #overachiever

But somehow the days have become months and now years -- for two years I've been waiting, longer than any other pet in this shelter. #theremustbesomemistake

I can understand some people may not think they're worthy of me. THIS IS NOT TRUE! You are! I can see into your heart and I know it's full of love! #knowallseeall

My shelter friends think I should be an only pet, but maybe we can discuss this. The thing is, when you're as amazing as me, it's hard to see why people would want another pet! Trained, healthy, loving... gosh, I wish I could adopt myself! #justtellingitlikeitis

If you already have pets or live really far from me, maybe you could share me? See, I spend a lot of time dreaming of my new home, and how can people know I'm looking for them if they never see my post? #inarguable

So please, call 914-273-1674 or email adoptions@adoptadog.org and tell them you want to meet Leo... and then just casually say, "What do you think of him?" if you want to know all about me! #onlygoodthings

Love forever,

Leo

I was listening to the popular songs and I heard lots of people looking for a Baby.... that's me! I am Baby!

I am only one year old and live at Salfid Rescue Inc. in Souderton, Pennsylvania. They found me when someone was trying to sell me on the street corner! #unbelievable

I'm so glad they saved me, but it does seem unfair that because I'm not puppy-sized anymore, but still have a puppy heart, that so far no one has adopted me. #sillyhumans

I heard you Shelter Pet Project people are very, very talented at sharing pets and helping us find homes. So I am here, asking for your help! #justadogstandinginfrontofahumanaskingthemtoloveme

I should mention I am not a cat person... er, dog... and I should meet any potential dog siblings before we decide I'm going to live with you. #instructionmanual

So, what do you say? Just email Salfid1932@gmail.com tofind out all about me or set up a meeting. And be sure to share me... it's your superpower! #bemyhero

Love,

Baby Dog

Nothin' but a hound dog? NOTHIN' BUT A HOUND DOG????
Folks, I don't think you really know what a hound dog is! Especially a dashing blue tick coonhound like me!
I'm Taylor from the La Porte County Small Animal Shelter in Indiana, and I'm around 4 years old, charming, friendly, and as you can see... adorable. I get along with dogs but I'm afraid my cat skills are not what they should be. (Charm doesn't really get you as far with cats as you might think.)
You can find out all about me, and set up a date to meet, by calling 219-326-1637. And if Indiana is out of your time zone, then how about a share? You'd make me the happiest hound dog on earth!
Love,
Taylor

It's time to get Sassy!

And why yes, I'm Sassy! I live at West Coast Dog and Cat Rescue in Eugene, Oregon, and my name is a little misleading.

I'm a big, beautiful, gentle tortoiseshell female kitty with a soft meow that will win your heart.

I'm five years old, and ended up in the shelter because my family's apartment building decided no more cats would be allowed! I'm healthy and my New Year's resolution has already paid off as I'm getting trim and shapely again. (I had let myself go because I was sad. #emotionaleating)

My favorite hobbies are giving kisses and head butts, then faling asleep in your lap afterwards. I'm not a fan of other cats, but I did used to live a big dog and I loved her!

To meet me or find out more, please call Beth at 541-255-9296!

Or, if you're an other-coaster or possibly live in the Big Snow, share me? Pretty please with tortie kisses on top?

Love,

Sassy

You know who thinks I'm beautiful and wonderful and amazing? The Cat Daddy himself, Jackson Galaxy! He chose me -- yes ME! -- in a national photo contest!
And yet, here I sit at the Free Roaming Feline Program in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, start the New Year all alone... after four long years of waiting.

I am very sweet, and just around 5 years old. I love to be petted although I like it best when it's MY idea. I purr when I'm combed and love my chase toys! I can be shy, which is why I can't go to adoption events, and sometimes don't put my best paw forward (although the Cat Daddy saw right through me!).

I like nice male cats, but I can also be your one and only if that's what you prefer. I don't need a mansion, and would be very happy living in an apartment or a small home, as long as it's quiet and peaceful.

I'm very healthy, and my adoption fee has been paid already, so you can spend all that money buying me treats. I like chicken!

Since I'm too amazing to resist, just call 920-758-3373 or email FreeRoamingFelineProgram@gmail.com to set up a meeting!

Or, if you live far, far away, you can share me -- I'm told that's what nice people do, and you all seem VERY nice to me!

Love,

Winnie

♪ Oh Brandi... ♫ you're a fine dog... ♩ what a good pet you would make.... ♫

YES! Say it in song, I always say! And why not, since I just know we'll make sweet music together always? (See what I did there?)

Obviously I'm Brandi, and I'm staying at Salfid Rescue Inc. in Souderton, Pennsylvania. I moved there when I found myself pregnant by a SCOUNDREL, knowing they'd help my babies find wonderful homes. And they did... and now it's time for me!

I love to play, and am a star in dog training class. I'm choosy about what dogs I like (after all... the SCOUNDREL was a dog!), but my friends here call me a "big love," and that's so true.. I am! I love to sit in laps and give kisses.

If you think we'd harmonize (see? I did it again!), please email my friends at Salfid1932@gmail.com, and see if we can meet!

Or you can share me -- it's the thing to do now, did you know?

Love,

Brandi

OH NO! What do you mean, Santa didn't bring you what you wanted for Christmas? That's terrible! The good news is... here I am -- just what you've always wanted!

Hi, I'm Stewie from BMORE HUMANE in Baltimore, Maryland, and I'm just the BEST dog! I would love to go on hikes and then snuggle on the couch with you. I love playing fetch and I'm also great at agility -- I can jump on or over pretty much any obstacle!

I'm also very intelligent, I know a lot of commands such as "sit," "paw," "down," and "roll over." I'm clicker trained, too!

I'm very social and friendly with everyone I meet, as long as they're not a kid or a cat. (I know! But it's my only flaw!)

Please email the shelter at animalcenter@bmorehumane.org and tell them you want to meet me... and if you're not near me, please consider sharing me -- it's second only to Santa for making dreams come true!

Love,

Stewie
