Absolutely gorgeous place to call home. Amazing amenities, super friendly people, beautiful view of the mountains, and the pool is to die for. There's even a trash shoot for added convenience. Best place I've ever lived. Definitely recommend it!

I have never paid more per square foot than at the Seasons which is fine except for the many issues that I have had here. First off the concierge team, the staff, and the maintenance crew are all very nice this is not a jab at any of them. I live in building A which is an older building built in the seventies and has been remodeled. When I signed my lease back in June I was never alerted to the fact that there was going to be a complete redo of the elevators in my building. Most of the time two out of three are completely down and not working. Sometimes they are all down and you have to take the stairs, I live on the 8th floor. If somebody was moving in that day which is all the time you lose complete access to one of the elevators. The hot tub at least once a month is as cold as bath water or has evaporated a foot below the normal level because it's so cold. I have called and alerted the office at least 5 times about the issue and I'm never really given an answer as to what's going on. My apartment is south facing so I get tons of natural light which is great. The only downfall is my AC unit ( which I swear is nothing more than a fan) will only turn on if it is above 75 degrees outside. I have not once been able to close my windows this Winter and get some quiet because my apartment is so overwhelmingly hot. In the summer time unless you're standing a foot directly in front of the one vent you can't feel the AC at all. I live in a studio which is only 650 square feet so needless to say I should be able to get my unit very cool if I'd like to. Because I have to keep my window open I can constantly hear all the noise down below which travels upward. My parking space is on the third level and it's right next to the stairs so I take the stairs down. Anytime there's snow or rain there's non-stop drips of water throughout the whole entire stairwell. There is constant black ice on the way from the stairwell or elevator to the building because it's not covered and sits in the shade and they don't do a good job removing the snow. The handicapped levers on the doors are constantly broken even though they say they replace them. And in my unit there's no fan in the bathroom which should be standard. The list goes on and on with these buildings having so many problems. On top of all of the problems in the building after my 9 month lease is up this April they are raising my rent substantially.

I've lived at The Seasons almost 4 years now, and the service and amenities are excellent. The staff are friendly, professional and responsive from top to bottom. Highly recommended!

I moved in over two years ago and have loved it here. I'm moving back to the east coast for work and will miss Denver and Colorado! Occasionally I have read complaints but none of those relate at all to my experience. First of all the leasing staff were great when I moved in an great moving out. I had to break my lease and they were very upfront and efficient with costs, helpful with move and great at getting paper work done. Meanwhile the very excellent and talented concierge staff is so awesome, professional, and efficient, kind and great people. In my building in the east the concierge staff does not come close! As for cost...compared to parts of the east coast and west coast it's a good deal for all you get here. Ease of life being the most important. I lived in Building C the newest building and love the bathroom and will miss it. It's huge and great. Coming back from my small bathroom in the east... I hardly wanted to leave. Parking is underground, safe and convenient summer and winter. I did use the pool and hot pool on occasion, and sometimes fun and relaxing. This has more to do with parents then management, but parents leave their kids there or sort of watch them and then it's a free for all. The management does in fact intervene and help. I will miss it here.. It's like living in an upscale hotel with my own stuff around. I also liked the gym here, convenient and included, so easy to use. I did not live or hang out much in the older two building so don't know them but building C was just great. If you need party all the time kind of place it's downtown denver, here it was wonderful and great to live here.

After moving to 3 different communities in less than a year since relocating to Denver, Seasons has proven to be everything I want in a place to call home. Moving from out of state has proven to be challenging with climate, culture, and a lifestyle change and it was very difficult finding a community that was home. The staff is more than helpful and friendly, they welcomed us with open arms willing and able to help us with any questions we had. They were not afraid to answer questions about their competition and be honest with us, which was greatly appreciated. When you walk into seasons the beauty of the property is overwhelming and very welcoming, the concierge team has been a great help with moving and the small items that may fluster you when moving. The leasing staff was great - Lauren and Carlos are some of the biggest friendly characters we have met here in Denver. They truly made us feel that we were welcomed. As at any community you will find the need to call maintenance from time to time, for a light bulb or any type of need you have. The maintenance staff was one of the most professional and pertinent staffs I have had the privilege of working with. Hector and Jeff no matter the time, no matter the request made my family feel that we were the most important task for them that day. I would feel comfortable any day for the maintenance staff and these guys to come in when we are home or not and know that they will not only do a great job but also clean up after themselves and leave our home as if they never came in. I have not used many of the amenities but the ability to utilize the demonstration seems to be quite promising. The gym is big enough to have all the equipment and free weights you would need for a full body workout, the plus side is the residents are very respectful and polite to keep it organized and clean – even when it is busy. The price is steep, but tahe market and neighborhood calls for nothing less – I would recommend living here to any of my family or coworkers who want the feel of a neighborhood while basically still being as close to downtown as possible.

Great spot to live. Great staff, great amenities, very affordable for cherry creek in my personal opinion. All my problems/issues have been resolved in an extremely timely manner and everyone - concierges, leasing agents, maintenance, and residents - have been very friendly and accommodating.

They NICKEL AND DIME you here. I am from New York and used to paying high rents. Parking is extra like 75 a month. They will tow your car without provocation costing $450. They charge for pets. They charge over 100 dollars for a 1 bedroom cleaning, but legit the staff does nothing. They dont fold clothes or wash dishes. They dont clean ovens or fridges. They sweep and wipe countertops. Staff> They promote the good ones, so youre left with shit. I stood outside the front desk waiting 25 minutes for a package because the leasing staff probably felt it was beneath them to retrieve it. Jen and the blonde chick stared at me the entire time. They understood I was waiting, and did nothing to remedy it. THE NOISE LEVEL IS NEW YORK CITY. Non stop construction. LIKE NON STOP. Water has been off DAYS at a time. They dont offer free bottled water, they send you a "courteous" email. The elevators are never working and is a big issue if you live on the top floors. The water in BUILDING B was smelling fishy I asked several times for this problem to be resolved. It 3 weeks. And a bit of water poisoning. But hey I lost ten pounds. Always reeks of WEED. I know this Denver. But it's a family place. Ive seen some kids running around. Such a shame. Jen the community manager is useless, Kevin is worthless as a concierge, never smiles and always in a bad mood.
