Local Dog-Napper Steals DE Dog-Seller's Puppy
A Delaware man tried to sell pit bull puppies last week to prospects in Lower Pottsgrove's Rolling Hills apartments. One of the pups was stolen; the thief got away. The seller who reported the dog-napping now could face charges too.
