My wife and I stayed at the Roosevelt on our trip out West. The Coeur d'Alene area is amazingly beautiful, especially in the fall time. The hotel is located on a quaint street with ample parking and within walking distance of the waterfront shops. The staff are super-friendly and the hotel has a lot of charm. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms, which was cutely decorated. Breakfast was exceptional and everything was homemade. We'll definitely be back!

We experienced every possible comfort and convenience at the wonderful Roosevelt Inn. It's a great location and the building is just fascinating. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms are charming, and nothing is left to chance - we had everything we needed...and then some. We were completely satisfied.

Beautiful rooms, excellent landscaping, warm hospitable staff, outstanding breakfast, and only six blocks from the waterfront in Coeur d' Alene. Our two-night stay was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing. Our only complaints are that the cooling/heating is not easy to control in the rooms, the sauna booth was rather weak, and the hot-tub's chemicals were a bit imbalanced with too much chlorine. Really quite minor issues in comparison to all the positives. We would definitely come back to The Roosevelt Inn!

My husband and I eloped at the Roosevelt Inn in January 2014 and we had the best experience. The Inn is a beautiful and intimate setting for a winter elopement. The whole process was very easy and stress free. They know many other wedding services in CDA, they provided great recommendations for us and worked well with the other vendors. They were so warm and welcoming, it felt like visiting family. They also are dog friendly and were were so happy to be able to have our overgrown puppy with us that day. :) If we were to do the whole thing over again we would do exactly the same thing. Many thanks for the wonderful day!

Quaint, historical, quiet hotel just a two minute walk from all the shops and (great) restaurants along the lake. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed and then some. They took great care of our dog as well. Nice hot tub!

They go out of their way to make you feel like the place is yours and to make your experience a romantic one. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was just the privacy we needed. We were able to be lazy and have a very delicious filling breakfast inspired by chef Ramsey and when we had leftovers from restaurants they put it in their fridge and even heated it up for us later! We had the Jacuzzi and sauna to ourselves and they were great! I loved the attention rather than going to a huge resort. The Inn is a short two blocks to the beach and downtown shops.

This B&B is perfect for a pet friendly romantic get away. The owners are a delight and cater to their guests. Home made cookies and scones were fabulous. Walking distance from the shops and lake made this a plus.

My husband and I were here over New Years for a 3 night stay and had a wonderful time! The breakfast was very tasty and the staff very friendly. Everything was maintained well and very clean. We loved the old historic building and hoq quiet and relaxing it was. The location is great being so close to everything downtown we mostly just walked everywhere! We would love to stay here again on another retreat.
