BE WARNED! Premium seats offer a nice obscured view! What a wonderful production of Les Miserable. I had seen a prior version of it and was anxiously awaiting this show. After receiving tickets to the Saturday, January 25th evening show & sitting in premium seats – ORCH DD ($200 per seat) it had all the elements of a memorable night. Well memorable was correct. What a huge disappointment in seating in seats with a view of the stage hidden by the people seating in front of us. Some songs played on stage right were totally obscured. While I don’t blame any person in front of us as being particularly tall or large (I am of average height), the seating incline of the orchestra area is very poorly planned Complaints to the theatre & ticketing offered nothing Extremely disappointing!

Last Tuesday I took my wife and two kids, 11 and 4 years of age to see the Lion King. We all thoroughly enjoyed the entire show. Each member of the cast did an amazing job. Costumes and stage props were awesome! I originally took my 11 year old son to see this when it was playing in Toronto around 2005 ish and was blown away back then. I knew I had to bring my new little guy and wife to see this once i heard it was returning. Highly recommend it to anyone, young or old, this show is great!

My wife and I had the priciest tickets (front orchestra row HH). Both of us had difficulty seeing the action on stage. The problem appears to be the floor which hardly has any incline to it in this part of the theatre. I would suggest seats further back for anyone planning on attending, otherwise all you will see is the backs of people's heads in front of you. I am surprised that the theatre was built with such a significant design defect. The Panasonic Theatre appears to have the same problem. Obviously not world class at this point!
