Together with Soul Echo Studios, Alorè Event Firm made Alexandra and Will's dream Miami wedding come true. "For the bride, the most important component was to have a grand entrance," says the Florida-based design house. "So we costume designed a fabric wall to add that drama she wanted for the grand reveal." Designers leveraged the natural surroundings to bring a tropical and elegant decor to the The Palms Hotel & Spa, and it worked perfectly. Ke...

Attended a wedding here. It was nice but there was construction going on that was quite loud. Also, the room we were in had no air circulation in the middle of summer, so the guests were all sweating profusely. The staff was slow to respond to this issue. The food was excellent and the live band was top notch.

Easy and fast check in. Beautiful room, clean and very chic. Plenty of closet space with all necessary amenities. Pool was very relaxing. Resturant was pretty good. Drinks were great. But a bit slow on service at the tikki bar, which i could only attribute to the high volume of orders due to it being labor day weekend. I'd have no problem staying here again.

The experience was very horrible and disappointing I expected more from the Palms Hotel and Spa I came to Miami to celebrate my birthday and overall my birthday was ruined first the housekeeping came in my room without my permission while I had the sleeping sign on the door and when the came in they invested my trash and told front desk they smelled smoke in my room but that wasn't the case me and my husband would go to the designated smoking areas and there were no ash trays provided and we informed the staff and they were very rude and still did not provide us with a ash tray so me and my husband decided to go to Alvins and purchase us some souvenir and while in the process we purchased us a souvenir ash tray so when he go downstairs to smoke at the designated areas he could take his own ash tray with out the hassle of the staff being rude so when the housekeeping lady came in she seen the ash tray and reported that he was smoking in the room which he wasn't so that caused a big hassle and stress added to my stay so while sitting there we would eat out cause the food was very overpriced so they never informed us that we could reheat our food if needed so a lot of our food went to waste and when we tried to eat outside the staff came and told us that we could not eat there me thinking that since I paid 1500 that I would be able to eat anywhere that I pleased no no no the staff came over very rudely and states that we could not eat there so overall for the price I paid for everything me and my husband got treated very rudely and my birthday was very horrible i will NEVER stay at this hotel every again in my life. The staff needs to get better staff , honestly I couldn't wait to leave that hotel so gla dot be leaving

Terrible service, tiny expensive rooms, horrible food, I really wish I could go back in time and stay at the Ritz Carlton, this is honestly the worst hotel you can stay in for this amount of money. Do not, I repeat, do not stay at this hotel, don't waste your money.

Booked using Amex and received a $75 credit and upgrade to a garden/beach view automatically!!! Even received a complementary bottle of wine. The room was spacious; however the pillows could have been a bit firmer. Beautiful views of the beach and pool. I recommend getting out to the beach early if you want a front row. Here's the view

Terribly dissapointed, very expensive, doesn't include anything, horrible service, tiny terrible rooms, worst housekeeping in history, overall hated my experience here and wouldn't ever stay here again. I advice anyone considering staying here to invest their money on anything else at this price range.

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds, located on Miami Beach. Our room overlooked the grounds, with a view of the beach. Clean comfortable rooms. Separate toilet and shower. Great idea.
