i went here once due to the good reviews. I was told (even though it was 10am) it wouldnt be ready until the next day. i accepted this as it was middle of the summer so i wouldnt really need the quilt/duvet that i was getting serviced that night and it did seem they were busy so accepted it would take a day to catch up with the work they had. it was in the centre of a city so bound to be busy! the next day i got it, paid and went home, its only after i took it back out of the bag when it didnt seem any cleaner at all, it had a musty smell, but did smell A LITTLE better then it was, but now smelt like it was left damp for a while. none of the stains were out and i couldn't tell if it actually had been cleaned at all! (i decided the next week to go to another laundrette ive used for years in stretford near the shopping centre, as my room started to smell of the musty smell from how it came back from this place. and within 2 hours it was ready, smelt clean and was as clean as brand new as they have always got it) i only tried this place due to being only 10 minutes on the bus then 5 minute walk, to where i live, and good reviews. I was very disappointed, and continue to travel 35 minutes on a bus and 10 minute walk to the one in stretford.. as none thats actually near me seem any good at all! I just hope i went there on a "off day" eg a one off issue, based on most reviews all over the internet.. HOWEVER i can see some people have had the SAME issue before. sadly i will not be returning even though its the easiest to get to

The laundrette is big but contrary to expectations it doesn't actually have that many washing machines; about half of the floor space is taken up by a bank of computers and a seating area that has sofas in it. But, it's a laundrette so here we go. I went in to do some heavy cleaning -Specifically, a duvet- but not only did the washing machine not clean it at all (never mind adequately), it also failed to clean a bunch of lighter clothes too (not in the same machine, I had two). In addition, despite putting in enough money for an hour the dryer also failed to adequately dry everything. I would not go back there, but it gets two stars because of the atmosphere in there, the friendly staff, and the free wifi (at least I seem to remember it having free wifi). It gets an extra star because I'll give it the benefit of the doubt- Maybe I just chose two duff washing machines (unlikely, but still). Or maybe I just didn't put enough soap (again, unlikely, but still). It doesn't get any more stars due to their somewhat disingenuous opening times- It's supposed to be open from 7am-7pm Mon-Fri, but the last wash is at 5pm meaning that they effectively shut at 5pm. The rest of the time is service washes and pick ups. This is obviously completely useless to me, since like many people I work a standard 9-5. Same again for the weekend, on Saturday the last wash is at 3pm, and on Sunday there is no self wash at all.

Just 100% satisfy. I use the dryers only to dry my work clothes and quite fast (aprox 30 minutes) and cheap (2-3£) I never use the computer but when I need to dry and its raining I will stay there using it. Recommended 10/10

Amazing service. I am a regular user and the team here will often go above and beyond.

Popular Northern Quarter launderette and internet cafe combo. I've only used it for a duvet service wash, which was a straightforward drop off / pick up job, reasonably priced and completed satisfactorily. I haven't used the computers but they seem popular: it would be a convenient option for backpackers staying at the nearby hostels.

Don't bother with this place. I have been in THREE times only to be told each time I can't use a washing machine or dryer becuase they have too many service washes to do. They close whenever they feel like it (not 7pm as per website) and it's the mopst unhelpful place ever. DON'T bother with them............look elsewhere.
