Don't miss out on #NewYork's hottest 4th of July events! Have fun, stay safe, and enjoy the fireworks. 🇺🇸

Find the best viewing spots to watch the Macy's 4th of July fireworks. NYC has great rooftops, lookouts and parties to celebrate America's Independence Day.

Given the price you pay, you're better off booking somewhere else. Its certainly not a "boutique" hotel and feels like your general "Traveloge" in town. Its basically a room with a bed, small TV and a small table... nothing "designer" about the room at all. The internet is not free and at 9.99 USD for 24 hours its very expensive. The service is rude and not helpful. The minibar isn't working and is not filled - so it's questionable what kind of service I am paying for. When I arrived, the guy at the door, who is "supposed" to help me with my luggage, just sat on the couche and this is what he did most days. I think the highlight was when he pressed the button for the elevator because it was within reach of his arm. My mini bar was not working and I wasnt informed about that. The phone was broken, yet I was charged for a call I never actually managed to make. Worst of all is that the blankets were dirty! This is no joke - I was amazed that my blankets had stains on them... The breakfast...its the kind of breakfast that is sure to start me off on a bad day. Horrible watery coffee and toast...which I only got to enjoy "once" because I was "too late" on the other days, as there was nothing left. So its basically, you just get breakfast if you're lucky. The staff was rude and unhelpful and given: - how much I paid to have breakfast outside (eventhough I was promised breakfast in the hotel). I went to the coffee place next door for a great breakfast! :-) - how much I paid for the wifi - that the phone didn't work - the rooms were small ...it's taught me a valuable lesson. Don't trust nice little websites and no-name hotels. You might aswell pay more for a good hotel room and great experience.

Booked on hotwire and got a steal. Clean rooms, decent Internet (free) for a hotel. Somewhat small room but big enough for two. Excellent location and friendly staff. Breakfast is kind of lacking but there are cheap places to eat all around. Would stay again if I got the same hotwire type deal.

I was in your hotel with some friends, was good, the room was always clean and the most of the personal was nice, good attentions, and they are really friendly, all what we required was answered, just you have to review the organization of the breakfast, was not really clean, and sometimes the pastries was empty, but was great to spend our vacations in the hotel, the area is so nice too. thanks, we can considerate the hotel of one of our options when we planning to go back to the city.

I got a really good deal through Travelzoo. I had a larger king room on the street side that was nice, comfy, and clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast wasn't much to speak of, just muffins and coffee. I had a room on the second floor during a hot week. The AC is a noisy window unit and the windows don't keep out much noise, so be sure to bring your earplugs. The shower has no control for pressure, so you better like full pressure in your shower. The shower head is a modern style large head with a straight down stream, fine for me but I know my daughter would have hated it. There is room service from a nearby restaurant. The TV has a million channels with HBO. I would stay again, as long as I have earplugs ;)

I would rate this place a 3.5 stars. It is a boutique hotel decorated in a modern minimalistic style. We found this place through the hotel tonight app which has good prices for one night stays and not as good for multiple nights. It's is definitely the smallest room I have ever been in in NYC. The bathroom is modern and nice even though small. Good location, comfy bed, great coffee shop called Birch coffee adjoined to hotel. You are in NYC in the heart of it and the hotel is only 11 stories so I highly recommend ear plugs for sleeping.

We stayed for one night - arrived at 3:30 but the room was still being cleaned. Once in the room there was only one bathrobe which was annoying as the bath towels were so small, barely bigger than a hand towel. The room was freezing cold. There was no mini bar as advertised. The room was sold as including breakfast but it was just a coffee and a muffin and no where to sit and it was only till 9am , which is not much good on a Sunday morning, having to get up early for that disappointment. After arriving home and paid for the room on my credit card - I then noticed 3 additional charges pending on my card from the hotel totalling over $300+ I then contacted the hotel which could not offer any explanation so I asked for the manger to call me back the next day. No call was received so I called again to speak to the manger she has no knowledge of the problem and put me on hold for 5mins then put me back through to the front desk. I explained the problem again they had no understanding of what had happened. Again I asked to speak to the manger and she said contact my bank with no explanation of why all these charges had been made. She then put me on hold again. Then the line went dead so I called back again. Again on hold for another 10 mins to speak to the manager - eventually she admitted it was a mistake no apology. She just didn't care! If you do have to stay here watch your credit card bill!!!!

My grilfriend and I stayed here for four nights and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was functional despite its small size. We got a complimentary upgrade to a King room and, much to our surprise, our room was ready when we got there at 11:00AM. We were able to check in immediately and the go walking around midtown. The location of this hotel is also perfect. Walk to the flatiron building, Chelsea, Times Square and there is Madison Square park just a block down from the hotel. Easy access to the 6, R and N as well because there are stations at 23rd and 28th. I didn't notice much street noise, but I was on the 7th floor, so if you are closer to the ground you might notice a little more. The window AC units are a little loud, but for rooms this size they are adequate and certainly weren't loud enough to prevent me from sleeping. I will definitely stay here again as long as I can get a similar rate to what I got this time.

Location is the ONLY positive attribute of this hotel. A standard room consists of ONE double bed in a room that is 9 x 14 feet. No chair. No room for luggage. No desk. Basically, unless you are an Umpa Lumpa, avoid this property.
