My experience with attorney Shaun Marks was such a positive experience for me during a difficult and stressful time in my life that I highly recommend using him for any legal issues. His professionalism, knowledge and expertise in the legal field made my particular case so much more tolerable and manageable that, looking back at it now, I would have never been able to make it through or achieve the positive outcome without him. I would use attorney Shaun Marks services again without hesitation should I need them. Tim Davison, Mi.

Shaun is an excellent guy and worth every penny. I'm an 18 year student athlete with a summer job on the way, going to jail wasn't an option for me when being charged with driving under the influence of marijuana and a possession. Somehow dropping dirty for my sentencing Shaun was able to work with the judge to allow me another test to prove I was clean. The outcome was dropping my driving charge and just taking the MIP. I am on probation for 6 months and if all works out good, I will have a clean record when its done. I'm so thankful for the excellent work he did for me.

If you are looking for an Attorney who will represent you in a professional manner and get the job done with a favorable outcome, then Shaun Marks is the Attorney you want. I have dealt with many Attorney’s in my past and Shaun Marks is the best Attorney I have had the pleasure to work with. I have not drove in twenty years due to 5 DUI’S and other violations. I attempted to represent myself during my first appeal and was Denied. I had to wait for another year for my next appeal. This time around I decided to have an Attorney present my case. I spent countless hours searching online and meeting with different attorney’s to represent me. I was most impressed with Attorney Shaun Marks because of his high rate of success and his 100% positive attitude towards an successful outcome. Shaun Marks got the job done! I was on the road again ,with restrictions and an Interlock device for 1 Year. Well it wasn’t over yet, after 4 months with the Interlock I received 2 missed rolling test violations and Shaun Marks was able to get me on the road again. No, not yet, with 2 months to go I got yet another violation . This time it was a tamper circumvent (the battery died) , Shaun Marks once again did his magic and got me back on the road. Finally with enough time in on the Interlock device ,I got my appeal date, only to show up and find that the Hearing Officer called in sick and was rescheduling my appeal date in another 3 months! Not happening! Shaun was able to talk another hearing officer into hearing my case within the hour and got my full driving privileges restored. Choosing Attorney Shaun Marks to represent me, was the best choice I have made in a long time. Shaun has gone above and beyond to represent me and I am truly thankful and forever grateful. Thanks again Shaun Marks Sincerely, Tony

I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY!!! SHAUN MARKS IS THE MAN TO GET THE JOB DONE. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, OR MONEY ON ANYONE ELSE!!! MY SON WAS REPRESENTED BY ANOTHER LOCAL ATTORNEY PRIOR TO RETAINING MR. MARKS. HE (THE OTHER ATTORNEY) UNFORTUNATELY WAS UNABLE TO GET MY SON'S LICENSE REINSTATED, AFTER TWO DUI'S. MY SON HAD TO WAIT A YEAR, AND THAT'S WHEN EVERYTHING CHANGED. AFTER OUR FIRST CONSULTATION WITH MR. MARKS, WE FELT WE HAD COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE! SHAUN MARKS, WAS VERY PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND REASSURED US THAT HE WOULD DO EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO WIN MY SON'S CASE. THE HEARING WAS SET, AND SURE ENOUGH...MY SON WAS GIVEN THE PRIVILEGE TO FINALLY DRIVE AGAIN. HE WAS GIVEN RESTRICTIONS, AND AN INTERLOCK DEVICE WAS INSTALLED, AFTER 5 YEARS, WITH NO LICENSE!!! A MONTH AGO MY SON RECEIVED TROUBLING NEWS THAT HIS LICENSE WAS BEING REVOKED BECAUSE OF A FEW VIOLATIONS CONCERNING THE INTERLOCK DEVICE. WE AGAIN HIRED SHAUN MARKS. AFTER CONSULTING WITH MR. MARKS AND VERIFYING REPAIR WORK , AND SUBMITTING A SIGNED AFFADAVIT FROM THE AUTO MECHANIC, THE HEARING WAS A SUCCESS, YET AGAIN...THANKS TO SHAUN MARKS!!! WE'RE AWAITING THE MAIL THIS WEEK, SO THAT HE CAN GO HAVE HIS LICENSE REINSTATED. HOPEFULLY, THERE WILL BE NO MORE INCIDENTS. BUT...JUST IN CASE THERE ARE MR. MARKS HAS GAINED OUR CONFIDENCE, AND UTMOST RESPECT, TO DO A SUFFICIENT JOB, IN HANDLING THESE TYPE OF CASES!!!

Shaun Marks is a great attorney for any reason. He is a great guy that is easy to communicate with and will deal with any concerns or question you have about your case. He knows what he is doing and excels in following through with it. Working with Mr. Shaun Marks and his staff have put me at easy while dealing with my case. He explains what he is doing and will not stop until we both are satisfied with the results we wanted. With his knowledge and background he was able to get my case reduced down to a small fine that will not be seen on my record, with no probation, no license restriction, no driver responsibility fees, and no classes to attend. He is an excellent attorney and is highly recommended.
