Great advice from some of the leading Realtors around the country on topics such as social media, fair housing, and investing in fixer uppers. The article that stands out most to me is the dual agency caution by +Bill Gassett I've seen this one referenced many times over the past month. From a liability, ethics, and simply "good business practice" standpoint, I totally agree that dual agency should be avoided at all costs. Many agents in my office disagree (and will gladly take the extra commission), but I refuse to put my clients in a position where I can't fully represent them. Thanks for putting this together +Paul Sian #Realtor #RealEstate

We've written this blog to explain why professional photos and virtual tours sell homes - and why we never ask a seller to pay the bill. http://www.searchforcharlestonrealestate.com/blog/why-professional-photos-sell-homes.html #RealEstate #Realtor
