What a beautiful evening shared with all of you who were able to join Terri Kaiser (Breathe AZ) and me last night at A Mindfulness Life Center for Gently Flow into Yoga Nidra!

Our intention was focused on gratitude, which can be a helpful practice for getting out of your head and into your heart. It can help us to heal the way we speak to ourselves and interact with the outside world. The beautiful thing is that gratitude is endless, strengthening, and enriching when it comes from the deep place within us of unconditional love.

Thank you A Mindfulness Life Center for hosting the Grief from Loss class last week. It was beautiful to see so many wonderful people come together to support themselves and each other.

Difficult feelings take courage to feel, may all of you continue to be courageous. Trust in the grieving process, hold yourself with love, and allow the feelings to be felt.

Our two main intentions from Thursday:
I love myself for how deeply I feel.
Grieving takes time and I give it the time it needs.

May you continue down your personal path of healing with strength, love, and self-compassion.
