First off can't even understand these Indian retards they make you feel uncomfortable and hangup on the phone because you ask them to repeat what they said because they speak gibberish... Got there cottage after they told me on phone none available, show up ask for cottage it was available magically... Seems like the room was cleaned by a 5yr old or not at all.. Black worms undersheets. Soap already opened and wet... Dont ever stay here your better off at a cheaper hotel in some slum hole probly cleaner.. Used ranch cup left under phone... Left 2hrs after i checked in gotta take a shower now.. Had better experience at a 60 a nite hotel in el cajon...curry powder ass smelling muda fukas

Called the manager after 20 minutes he just offered another room. Now why would I trust to be in another room.. so when I declined the manager being the professional he is hung up and took the phone off the hook!!! So needless to say I called the police..please people don't do a last minute stay there pay the extra for a nice clean room....this place don't even get a 1 star!!!

We stayed on 6/6/14 for a family graduation and family party. While the outside grounds were decent and the room (212) was roomy and seemed clean, we otherwise had a bad experience and the manager was uncaring, rude and gave no apology. First, the room had dangling cables outside the wall with no safety plate cover, an overloaded electrical outlet with 5 appliances plugged into it and the microwave plug dangling. I had to unplug the light or the coffee pot in order to plug in another. The coffee pot was dirty and filled with grounds from the previous occupants. For a room that was to sleep 4 people, there were only 2 towels. The partially used TP and Kleenex soon ran out in the middle of the night with no spares to be found. When we asked for more, we were told to find the maid which I never did find after walking around the grounds. The TV was old with lines running through with the shortest list of channels I have seen. The free wifi was slow and weak. The towel rack at the pool had only a couple, tiny towels and we had to walk back to the rooms dripping wet. When we returned to the pool the next morning, again not enough towels for all. The complimentary breakfast was your standard fare, but when we saw the manager come by and empty the trash, reached in one bag to an obviously nasty breakfast leftovers and puddled trash bag and then proceed to rearrange the clean napkins on the counter without washing his hands. We lost our appetite and we wondered if we were going to get sick now. Then the kids proceeded to have to clean the pool from floating bugs and needles before they could get in. The managers response was that all we need to do is notify him. If you don't mind doing some of their jobs while you stay and unsafe electrical wiring doesn't bother you, unsanitary handling of food, then this is the place for you.

Beautiful lodge in Jackson, ca! My family loves this place and the great pool! Not to mention the rates are great compared to the competition down the road. Would recommend to anyone that wants a nice, quiet, affordable getaway in the heart of the gold country!

we stayed at this hotel staff was ok room was just ok. At night time their is no lighting and I am glad that I was with my mom because its not a safe place for a older female to stay alone. Windows do not have locks on them fridge you have to plug in and as far as shampoo and soap that most hotels supply their was none. They also make you sign a paper stating that they count the towels in the hotel and make you sign a paper understanding that they count towels. Would not stay again.

Plan your summer #wedding outdoors with us! Here's a quick guide to planning a summer wedding to get you started. #Jackson   #OutdoorWeddings
Since it’s summer time, it will be warm outside so you will need to keep your guests cool. The last thing you want is someone becoming dehydrated because of the heat. One way to ensure proper cooling is to rent portable a/c units or fans. This is very important to your wedding guests.
