Honda repair and Acura repair by appointment ONLY. Factory trained Honda/Acura/ASE Master Technician/L-1. I have been business at this location for 22years.

Only Honda/Acura master technicians work here. No dealer service writers/Salesmen, no porters, no cashiers, no one accepting your money except the ones that get the job done properly .

We use genuine Honda parts in almost all cases except for axles. The axles I use are guaranteed for 2 years, however they usually outlast the car. If I use anything but a Honda part I will tell you upfront and explain why and then let you decide which part I use. Factory Honda/Acura parts are usually the only parts that are made to fit and work properly on your Honda/Acura vehicle.

Presently, I'm specializing in and performing only timing belt/water pump changes and CV joint/axle replacement. By specializing in these 2 services I can provide top-quality service at a lower price. 

Turnaround time is usually one day. These services can only be done Monday through Friday by appointment only. You can leave or pick up your at almost anytime of the day. Ed not accurately diagnosed our 2007 Odyssey, but could explain why it was the problem. This was comforting since we had four different diagnoses from the other shops we'd visited. He also evaluated the van completely when it was in his shop and let us know items that needed attention immediately and those that could wait. We got the car back with it running great and confidence that we wouldn't have nay surprises down the road. This is the only shop I would consider taking a Honda to in the future. Ed is outstanding.

I first brought my car to Ed when my maintenance schedule dictated it was time for a new timing belt on my '99 Honda Prelude. I was interning in Westlake at the time and my usual guy was way back in Richardson and charging a good bit for the job as its a little tedious on Preludes but mentioned a specialist might give a better rate. I did some googling and found Ed much closer to work, with positive reviews, and charging a few hundred less then my guy. Ed was very friendly, kept me up to date on what parts he was getting and why, and even washed the car all nice for when I picked it up. I couldn't be happier with the work. A few months over a year later I noticed my gas mileage was starting to decline and took it to my mechanic in Richardson who discovered that the timing belt Ed had installed was slightly off time. I called up Ed and he asked me to bring it on back to sort it out. He determined the belt must have slipped most likely due to the automatic tensioner. Despite the original labor being past its one year warranty he not only readjusted the belt but even replaced the automatic tensioner with a more reliable one all free of charge. If his location weren't across the entire metroplex I'd have him service my vehicle for all it's needs. tl;dr: Generous and kind expert. Do business with this man.

Whenever I contact Ed to fix one of my Hondas I notice the following:1. His quote is usually lower than Honda dealerships.2. He does not try to maximize the profit. He keeps it down to what your car really needs, not upselling.3. He is very comfortable to communicate with. Some carshops don't have patience to talk and explain to you all the ins and outs of the issue. Not Ed - he takes the time to explain things and answer all your questions.4. He only recommends good quality parts.I will keep using his service and referring my friends and family to him.

I've been going to Ed for over 4 years now for my 03 Acura. On one occasion I mentioned to Ed that I had water leaking into my trunk. This was after having a break job. Ed had me remove all the items from my trunk and he climbed in and had me close the trunk and I sprayed water from a hose over the trunk. He found the lead that had been bothering me for years. Now That is a caring human being. Much more than your normal mechanic. After that I knew I was going back Ed's and have been ever since. It's that time again for another Ed visit.

Well its nice to know theres honest people out there. This guy did not fix my car but gave me good advice on where to start. Unfortunately I have a Nissan so that's why I did not get it worked on. Wish it was a Honda now.

Ed is without a doubt the best Honda mechanic I have ever met. He honestly cares about his customers and will go above and beyond what other repair shops do to make sure that each vehicle he works on gets top treatment. He is the most honest business owner I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend this Honda Specialist.

If you need Honda repairs this is your guy. Ed is great and a very honest man. He is better then any honda dealership repair shop. Honda dealers want you to buy as many new parts cause they make money off the parts and labor. Ed does not force you to buy parts he tells you what you need and its up to you if you want to replace them. I will not let anyone else work on my car since i found Ed.
