The Grand is a beautiful hotel. We arrived late in evening and it was nice to have their on site restaurant, Bentley's. The food was wonderful. The staff was efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. If I need to stay in the Salem area I will definitely try the Grand first!

The Grand was a pleasure to stay at. The reception and lobby area are beautiful. Loved the snickerdoodle cookies in the afternoon. Staff was attentive and professional. My room was immaculate. I stayed in room 541. No view but quiet. Hot breakfast was very nice. Great visit.

Super friendly guest staff and a very nice restaurant and bar on site. The rooms are very sizable and the place is mostly quiet for a good nights rest. If you are needing a large room for a group function there are several available. Parking under the hotel is free for overnight guests and is ample. The hotel is directly connected to the convention center so very accessible for convention functions.

The room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the showers have good water pressure. I really like the location of the hotel and its proximity to the park and local restaurants and bars. I do think that they could get new fold-out sofas though they were not very comfortable for additional guests
